00:00The people of Venezuela mobilized nationwide to celebrate two months since the victory of President
00:04Nicolás Maduro in the July 28th elections. The main marches took place in the city of Caracas,
00:09with two mobilizations crossing the capital. The first of them started in the morning at the
00:13headquarters of the National Electoral Council in Plaza, Venezuela, where hundreds of demonstrators
00:18gathered to defend peace and reject the fascist actions promoted by the Venezuelan far right,
00:23together with its international allies. Likewise, caravans of Muslims
00:27left from the Petare and La Vega parishes. Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro affirmed
00:32that two months after his electoral victory, the people of Venezuela consolidated national peace
00:37in the face of coup attempts. President Maduro reaffirmed the determination of the
00:44Venezuelan government to stand by its people, to protect them in contrast with other political
00:49leaders who have preferred to protect themselves and their families.
00:57Two months, 60 days, and here we are standing on the street
01:09with the victorious people and moving towards more revolution, towards more homeland.
01:20We are not in Madrid. We are not in a corner. We are on the street in La Guaira.
01:31The president made reference to the hours of terror attributed to the extremist opposition
01:35from one of the states most affected by the post-election violence.
01:40One of the states that suffered the most violent and criminal attack was here,
01:48in La Guaira. They threatened the community leaders,
01:55Yubesh Street, and they had the audacity to tear down a beautiful statue that General
02:02Carnero left us, of our beloved and dear Commander Hugo Rafael Chávez Frias,
02:12and we told the fascists that they will not pass through La Guaira.
02:20And for every statue they knocked down,
02:23100 will be raised by the hand of the people, by the hand of the artists.
02:29And the head of state criticized former candidate González Urrutia's abandonment
02:32of his emigrancy, to whom he said he'd hid his plans until the last minute.
02:41What would you think if suddenly the 28th, the 29th, the 30th,
02:48and the 31st of August comes and Maduro does not appear?
02:52And suddenly Maduro appears in another country. Can that be called a leader?
03:10Is such a person ready to lead a country? He is a coward, because every criminal is a coward.
03:23Then he came to ask for cocoa, and came out from the shadow of Maria Corina,
03:28and now he fell into the fangs of the vampire, from Maria Corina to the vampire.
