00:00The subsidiary of GMA Network Incorporated, GMA Ventures Incorporated, and the Singapore-based venture capital firm, TNB Ora, will sign a partnership agreement with Hofer Development Corporation.

00:19Under the agreement, GMA Ventures Incorporated and the Singapore-based venture capital firm, TNB Ora, will invest in Hofer Development Corporation, which specializes in the development of health, wellness, and beauty products in the country.

00:34According to Reggie C. Bautista, President and Chief Operating Officer of GMA Ventures, this is a way of partnership to boost the business and income of the company.

00:44We expect greater things from HTC. Both TNB Ora and GMA Ventures will be participating actively together with HTC to build their business.

00:58The investment of GMA will definitely bolster our production and our marketing spend and growth in the market, also leveraging on the network's marketing and reach as the number one network in the Philippines.
