01:10All sea vehicles are instructed not to sail in the waters of Batanes, Cagayan, along with Babuyan Islands and the remaining coastal areas of Isabela.

01:20At present, a typhoon is passing through the coastal areas of Balintang Island in Calayan, Cagayan.

01:26The wind is strong, reaching up to 175 kmph.

01:31In the next few hours, it is possible to approach or landfall in Batanes or Balintang Islands.

01:37Tomorrow, the direction of the typhoon will gradually change and it will hit Taiwan.

01:42At the same time, it is possible that it will become a super typhoon.

01:46But for now, a trough or an extension of the typhoon will reach Central and Southern Luzon, along with Metro Manila.
