00:00Breaking news! A typhoon has passed near Sabtang Island in Batanes.

00:10According to the 11 a.m. Bulletin of Hope,

00:13the wind signal number 4 in Batanes and the northern portion of Babuyan is still high.

00:18Wind signal number 3 in the southern part of Babuyan and the northeastern portion of mainland Cagayan.

00:25Wind signal number 2 in the northern part of Cagayan,

00:28Bung Apayaw, Abra, Calinga, Ilocos Norte, and northern and central portion of Ilocos Sur.

00:36Wind signal number 1 in the rest of Ilocos Sur,

00:39Buong La Union, Pangasinan, Itugao, Mountain Province, Benguet, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya,

00:46Querino, Aurora, northern and eastern portion of Nueva Ecija, and Colimbo Islands.

00:52Currently, the typhoon is in the town of Sabtang Island

00:56with a wind speed of 175 km per hour.

01:02Later in the afternoon or evening, the typhoon could become a super typhoon according to the Bulletin of Hope.

01:08Tomorrow, the direction of the typhoon will gradually change and it will hit Taiwan.
