00:31In Brandenburg, it fell to 1.4 percent from 1.7 percent.
00:36And in Saxony, it dropped to 2.4 percent from 2.6 percent.
00:40In Hesse, the rate declined to 1.2 percent from 1.5 percent.
00:46While in Baden-Württemberg, it slightly decreased to 1.4 percent from 1.5 percent.
