00:00A tricycle traveled home from a tragedy in Candaba, Pampanga when it collided with a truck that immediately crashed into two of its passengers.

00:10This is Isaiah Mirafrentes' story.

00:15Dead on the spot when a young woman fell off the tricycle.

00:20She was on the wheel of a passenger car after she got stuck in the tricycle.

00:25Three other passengers were injured, including the driver, his live-in partner, and one of their children.

00:32This is a heavy scene when everything happened after a passenger tricycle collided with a dump truck carrying sand.

00:41We were patrolling and we received a report that there was an accident before the tricycle arrived.

00:49We responded and we arrived there.

00:52One of the children was lying on the ground, dead.

00:56The driver was on the side.

00:59Four of them were lying on the ground, the other one was stuck in the tricycle.

01:02The tricycle collided with a dump truck.

01:06The family of the driver was on the tricycle and one of their passengers, a girl, fell off the tricycle.

01:14The victim, a young woman, was the daughter of the tricycle driver.

01:19The accident happened on the boundary of Bulacan and Pampanga.

01:23According to the driver of the truck, he entered Bulacan when the tricycle suddenly u-turned.

01:30He was shocked by what happened and he didn't even try to stop the truck.

01:36I feel sorry for them. It was an accident. They didn't want to do it.

01:41The victims were rushed to the hospital.

01:44According to the official of Pulong, Palasa, the area is really accident prone.

01:49It was on the side of the road. That's why there were a lot of accidents.

01:54But there are enough signboards as a reminder to the motorists.

01:59Be careful on the road, especially when it's raining.

02:05And maybe if you're drunk, don't drive.

02:08It's possible that the driver of the truck was involved in a series of reckless imprudence

02:13resulting to multiple homicide, multiple injury, and damage to property.
