00:00So, hi, I'm Neil Eccles, I'm Head of Innovation at Rochdale Development Agency and I've been
00:15at the GM Investment Summit in London here today. Had some really interesting discussions
00:20with the panel and on the roundtable, thinking about what the future of Greater Manchester
00:25is. In Rochdale, we're looking at Atton Valley, which is our big opportunity to regenerate
00:31Oldham, Rochdale and Bury, linked to three large industrial estates, large developments.
00:36It's really interesting to hear what other places are doing in Greater Manchester and
00:40what investors are looking at. In particular, trying to find that unique place within Greater
00:47Manchester, within Manchester and there's been some takeaways about how investors think
00:51and how they look at sites and they look at places, what they're thinking about Manchester
00:55and need to be distinctive, they need to have a supportive local authority, they need
00:59to have a proposition in terms of transport connectivity and these are all things being
01:04factored into our plans. I'm really interested to network and talk to the sector about what
01:08we're doing and learn from their ideas. So, it's been a really informative day, I look
01:13forward to reading more and following up on all the connections I've made.
