00:12Good morning also, sir, and to our fellow countrymen.

00:15What time is it possible for the PIR to enter the storm Julián again?

00:19It is possible this afternoon or later tonight.

00:23It will re-enter our area of responsibility but it will have a possible re-entry because it will most likely landfall in Taiwan landmass.

00:34This is the question of many. Why does this kind of return of the storm happen? And when does it happen?

00:43As of now, what happens is that its movement is north-westward, towards Gilagang-Haluran,

00:51and then it will re-curve, which is normal for a storm's motion.

00:56It just so happens that this re-curving happened here in our part of the PIR where there is a slight gap or difference.

01:11It is not a straight line. Our PIR is over the north-western part of the boundary of our area of responsibility.

01:19That is why this kind of scenario happened. But generally, what I'm telling is that the re-curve of this storm is normal.

01:29Aside from the storm, what weather system is possible for the country to experience today?

01:35As of now, there is no other weather system, aside from Julián, that is affected in northern Luzon, specifically in Luzon and Visayas.

01:45But as of now, we have an Easter list revealing that it will cause rain in Davao Region, Soxergen and Maguisabang, Samor.
