00:22in the aftermath of the typhoon Hulian this Monday.
00:26Due to the strong winds and rain, almost nothing can be seen around.

00:37While some boats were towed to be saved from the strong waves.
00:43But after the typhoon, mudslides still occurred in some boats.

00:59According to the forecast, after the typhoon Hulian this Monday, the eye wall or the side of its eye in Saptang was hit.
