00:00More than P600,000 were left behind by the typhoon Hulian in Batanes.

00:06And even though the typhoon is far away, mudslides and rockslides are still experienced in some places there.

00:17This resident of Barangay Sinacan in Saptang, Batanes did not hesitate to leave the cut-off road

00:22in the aftermath of the typhoon Hulian this Monday.

00:26Due to the strong winds and rain, almost nothing can be seen around.

00:31The barangay was also flooded.

00:37While some boats were towed to be saved from the strong waves.

00:43But after the typhoon, mudslides still occurred in some boats.

00:48And many trees still fell on the roads.

00:51And even though the walls of houses were saved, some roofs were damaged.

00:55This one, no one lived in the roof.

00:59According to the forecast, after the typhoon Hulian this Monday, the eye wall or the side of its eye in Saptang was hit.

01:05Even in the eye wall, thunderstorms are still falling with strong rain and wind.

01:11Mudslides and rockslides are still experienced in Batanes even though the typhoon is far away.

01:15But clearing operations have already started in many places there.

01:19Like in Ibana, Batanes, where hundreds of boats have already been cleared.

01:24Some, like this National Highway in Basco, were inspected by Governor Marilu Caico.

01:35According to the Capitol, the typhoon Hulian in Batanes has already caused more than P600 million pesos.

01:40But the province can breathe a sigh of relief now

01:43because the fear of the typhoon Hulian returning today did not happen.

01:47It has already recurred to Taiwan.

01:50Even though the typhoon Hulian is already hitting Taiwan,

01:53the residents of Batanes and Babuyan Island are still hopeful

02:01The typhoon is still expected to enter the Philippine Area of Responsibility

02:05even though the typhoon will leave Taiwan on Friday night or Saturday morning.

02:17Only signal number one is high now.

02:19It is weaker than signal number four of this typhoon.
