00:00So, Pertama Melaka has asked the government to provide a substantial ex-Russian payment to the late Dr. Konstantin Yevgenyev's family.
00:10So, can you comment on that?
00:12Yes, certainly.
00:13And so, one more question. The Pertama Melaka has made some complaints and asked why the government took so long to ask for.
00:21Alright. I'll answer him directly.
00:23Pertama, for him to say, if I answer in Bahasa Melayu juga boleh, untuk beliau menyebutkan Kota Melaka,
00:30menyebutkan bahwa kita lewat, itu adalah sangat tersilap dan tersasar.
00:35You should know that, Kota Melaka should know that, kita institute immediate, immediately,
00:41daripada di peringkat Jabatan Kesehatan Negeri.
00:46We instituted, yeah, and investigation immediately.
00:51Apa yang kita lakukan baru ini adalah satu keputusan, daripada keputusan yang awal itu,
00:57the findings we do not announce, daripada keputusan yang awal itu untuk mengujudkan an independent panel.
01:03Dan setiap seorang itu adalah bukan daripada KKM Putrajaya.
01:07This is truly independent, ada yang komplain kenapa tidak independent.
01:10They are, none of them are that, daripada KKM Putrajaya.
01:15Jadi, satu, it is not what this, but he claim has to be late.
01:20Immediately we went in to do an internal investigation.
01:25On that finding, we established an independent external panel of investigators.
01:35So please, get your facts correct. Saya tidak mau give more than that.
01:41And about Exgratia, we shall wait. Not to worry.
01:45If, yeah, after we have that finding, for sure, if Dr. T Layak's statement is given,
01:52we will immediately pay for it. That is a matter of SOP.
01:56But let's do not jump the gun, or put the cart before the horse,
01:59for us to wait first, what is this finding.
02:02And for sure, as a minister, I will make sure that Exgratia is immediately given,
02:07if it is shown in this independent panel.
02:13So, will the government later release the findings of SOP?
02:18Say it again?
02:19Will the government later release the findings of SOP?
02:21Of course, we are transparent. You know, Madani government is transparent.
02:24Nothing to hide.
