00:35he was in the CDA, and then he was in the People's Party. Now, maybe he is in the
00:41People's Party. But that is not his issue. The issue is, the situation that has become
00:46today, what happened in the court, and where are these things going? But we will talk

02:45of the PTI, who made this bench, when three people were needed, then this bench is illegal.

03:00not illegal. Then his objection was that the four-member bench, when it was announced
03:06that it was a five-member bench and when a judge came out of it, then the four-member
03:11bench should have been broken. On that, the Chief Justice said that you tell me, if a
03:16judge is not coming, then what should we do? The Supreme Court should stop. He said, but
03:21so far this is the law and you should either amend the rules of the Supreme Court so that
03:26in such a situation, if there is, then we have a clear legal position.
03:31On that too, the bench said, the Chief Justice said that this is legal, let's decide on
03:38this too. We talked about the case of time bar, on that too, the Chief Justice said that
03:45this is not the case, the decision was made on this too. Now, the information is that
03:50the legal team of Ali Zafar met with Imran Khan, two or three things have been decided
03:57in the legal team of Ali Zafar. One, he praised that you have taken a big stand of the people,
04:03you have stood up. But now this decision, today maybe a very big decision will be made
04:09on this, that tomorrow will they argue or boycott? Because he also told the Chief Justice
04:16that all these things should be transcribed, that is, today's short order should be issued
04:21on today's proceedings. Till the last information came, we were getting information from the
04:26Supreme Court that the transcription is being made and the order will be issued. Ali Zafar
04:31and his team are waiting that if this decision comes, then we will argue tomorrow. And if
04:38this decision does not come, then in the morning the court will decide whether we boycott
04:43or not. My information is that if the decision comes, especially that of the bench being
04:49legal, then the plan of PTI is that we will immediately challenge the legality, because
04:55that challenge of legality will go to another bench. But what we have been seeing in the
05:00court for two or three days, it is visible that this decision of 63A is being made tomorrow.
05:05And even if it does not happen, then maybe in the short order at least this will happen.
05:09It seems that the old order should be suspended temporarily. If it is suspended, then the
05:16field will open up for the government, which they have to break, join, convince, then
05:22they will be able to do it. But this whole thing is going to start unravelled tomorrow.
05:27Now, two or three things that were very strict, I will share them with you. When they first
05:34raised objections, then a lot of strict things were done on the matter. Then they said a
05:40very interesting thing. He said, I have to consult my client, i.e. Imran Khan, I have
05:46to consult him. He said, if you had to do it, you would have told us tomorrow. We would
05:52have told you tomorrow. Ali Zafar's answer to that was very interesting. He said, I
05:56was sure that you would not accept the request of meeting the PTI. But he said in a soft
