00:00Definitely, 100%. I've been in those situations as a player and certainly as a coach. Last
00:08year takes a massive effect on one's psychological element and as a team and as a group of players
00:13you're not winning many games. It's a big, big challenge there of course and you're fighting
00:19for some air and then within the space of a four or five week pre-season and a summer
00:24break you come back and you're expected to win most games. Of course you have to quality
00:29but winning becomes a habit for sure and changing that mindset from where it was or
00:35where it has been to current situations, there's challenges there for sure and I think the
00:40lads have been brilliant in that. Obviously in new groups some of them bear no real scars
00:48from that as well which makes it easier but like I said the boys have been first class
00:53regarding that side of it.
