00:55Rodrigo Duterte's drug war says he is ignoring the international body.
01:00De la Rosa is among five people being considered as under suspicion as the ICC Office of the
01:04Prosecutor continues to investigate killings under the Duterte administration.
01:16Solicitor General Menardo Guevara earlier confirmed the ICC wanted the Philippine government
01:20to arrange interviews with people of interest but the state refused to facilitate it.

03:21in the battleground state of Wisconsin on Thursday, October 3 by holding events with
03:26Republican stalwart former Congresswoman Liz Cheney.
03:29Liz Cheney's father is former Vice President Dick Cheney.
03:32They are the two most prominent Republicans to openly support Harris against fellow Republican
03:37Donald Trump in November's election.
03:40The Cheneys have sharply criticized Trump for refusing to accept the results of the
03:432020 election and for his role in the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
03:49Harris needs to win over Republicans and independents wary of Trump without alienating her base.
03:55She has taken a center-to-right leaning stance on several issues, including staunch support
03:59for Israel, a border policy tough on migrants, and an all-of-the-above energy strategy to
04:04keep fuel costs low.
04:06What is one of the states projected to decide the election?
04:11One of Matthew Perry's doctors pleads guilty of illegally distributing ketamine that led
04:15to the actor's fatal overdose.

04:31not guilty.
04:32Authorities say Sangha was an illicit supplier of the drug and was known as the Ketamine
04:36Queen.
04:37Authorities said Placencia purchased ketamine from Chavez.
04:40In text messages to Chavez discussing the amount they would charge Perry, Placencia
04:44allegedly wrote, quote,
04:46I wonder how much this moron would pay.
