00:00On Wednesday, G7 leaders held a conference call to discuss the worsening of the crisis

00:08They mainly called for de-escalation and a decrease in tensions along the Israel-Lebanon

00:13In its latest statement, the UNIFIL peacekeeping mission said that it will remain in place
00:18despite the latest developments, adding that any crossing into Lebanon is in violation
00:23of Lebanese sovereignty.
