00:00There's even going to be a big surprise, so you won't want to miss it, Skud.
00:03Welcome to WatchMojo!
00:05And today we're counting down our picks for the most cringeworthy, disturbing, and
00:10downright uncomfortable instances to ever occur in this tiny mountain town.
00:15Finally!
00:16I'm online again!
00:18Yes!
00:20Number 10.
00:22Cartman enters the Special Olympics.
00:24Hello there.
00:25Hello.
00:27I would like to sign my son up, please.
00:29Nothing about this Season 8 episode could be considered okay, which makes it a favorite
00:35among South Park fans.
00:37After hearing about the Special Olympics, Cartman decides he can win the $1,000 prize.
00:43He goes all out, dressing and behaving in an exaggerated manner.
00:46What's his name?
00:47Eric Cartman.
00:49Cartman!
00:51Duh!
00:52While it's pretty satisfying when the plan backfires and Cartman performs terribly, it's
00:58still all kinds of painful watching him try to fake having special needs in the most outrageous
01:03ways possible.
01:05Meanwhile, Jimmy becomes hooked on steroids and starts acting erratically, which isn't
01:09exactly pleasant to watch either.
01:11Oh jeez, are you going to start running your mouth up again?
01:14Push it!
01:15Push it!
01:16Jimmy, everyone's worried about you.
01:18You seem different.
01:20They're all just jealous.
01:21Leave it to this show to redefine the word offensive.
01:25Number 9.
01:26The Hot Tub Incident
01:28Was that your leg?
01:29Huh?
01:29Oh, you mean this?
01:30Yeah.
01:31Yeah, that was me.
01:32Season 3's two guys naked in a hot tub is, well, pretty self-explanatory.
01:37The men in question are Randy Marsh and Gerald Broflovsky, the respective fathers of protagonists
01:43Stan and Kyle.
01:44While at a meteor shower viewing party at Mr. Mackey's house, the dads find themselves
01:49alone in a jacuzzi and decide to, quote-unquote, experiment.
01:53Well, it is a night for experimenting.
01:56It sure is.
02:00Okay, I'll start.
02:01Although they expect to forget the encounter and move on right away, this proves impossible.
02:06Gerald becomes overly attached to Randy, and Randy grows increasingly paranoid.
02:11Ultimately, the tenseness is mitigated when they finally confess to the others what happened
02:16in the hot tub, learning that many of their peers have undergone similar experiments.
02:22Yeah, I've done it a few times.
02:24Yep.
02:25Me too.
02:26Yep, I've done it.
02:27Yep.
02:28Ah, hell, I've done it too.
02:30With Cameron here.
02:31Number 8.
02:32The courtship of Miss Lopez.
02:34You're Jennifer Lopez.
02:36Tee-tee, Hennifer Lopez.
02:38No, no.
02:38Juh.
02:39Huh.
02:39Juh.
02:40Huh.
02:40Juh.
02:41Juh.
02:41Jennifer Lopez.
02:42Fat butt and pancake head has Cartman create a crude caricature of J-Lo in the form of
02:48a hand puppet named Miss Lopez.
02:51The real Lopez's partner, Ben Affleck, who is apparently not the brightest, falls
02:56head over heels for Miss Lopez, landing Cartman in the middle of an unseemly love triangle.
03:02Affleck and Miss Lopez go on several dates and even appear to have a few X-rated encounters,
03:07though mercifully we aren't shown much of that.
03:10Oh Ben, you are so perfect.
03:13So spectacular in every way.
03:15The affair ends when Miss Lopez is revealed to have been a fugitive con artist in disguise,
03:21leaving it ambiguous whether Cartman could have ended the charade at any point.
03:26Does that make this whole premise any less weird?
03:29Not really.
03:30Jenny.
03:31Jenny, I just can't stop thinking about you.
03:33Number 7.
03:34Inspector Butters' discovery.
03:36In season 5's finale, we finally get an episode focused exclusively on South Park's
03:41sweetest little tyke.
03:42Inspector Butters is on the case, ma'am.
03:46Everyone knows it's Butters.
03:47Well, that's me.
03:48But, predictably, Butters is subjected to various craziness throughout the story.
03:54Much of Butters' appeal comes from his innocence and ignorance of the corruption taking place
03:59around him.
04:00It must have been a sad film, too, because he had a bunch of tissue paper with him when
04:03he came out.
04:04Poor old dad.
04:05Movie really got to him.
04:06His day in the spotlight takes this to a new level.
04:09While playing detective, Butters follows his father to several questionable locations,
04:14eventually finding him in a bathhouse making love to a man.
04:17Of course, Butters has no idea what's going on, but his dad certainly sees the potential
04:22harm in this situation.
04:24And unfortunately for Butters, it's all downhill from there.
04:27Don't forget that I'm covering for you.
04:29Don't forget your lies started all this.
04:31My lies may have been deceitful, but your lies cover up something much more horrible
04:35than anything I ever did.
04:37Happy anniversary!
04:38Not now, Butters.
04:39Oh, alright then.
04:40Number 6.
04:41Jimmy hits puberty.
04:44Jimmy, why don't you come up here and write down the name of two narcotics?
04:46Uh, no, that's okay, Mr. Mackey.
04:48Jimmy, I'm not asking you, I'm telling you.
04:50Uh, just, not right this second.
04:52The South Park boys have been in fourth grade since 2000 and are unlikely to move on anytime
04:58soon, but here we witness one of them being thrust unceremoniously into puberty.
05:03Jimmy, it's nothing to be ashamed of, but we know it's something you might have a hard
05:08time talking about.
05:09Get it?
05:10A hard time.
05:11Jimmy Vollmer starts noticing the first signs of manhood right before he's slated to perform
05:16a stand-up comedy routine in the talent show.
05:19After mistakenly being told by Butters that intercourse is the only way to solve the issue,
05:25Jimmy attempts to find a sexual partner, but this goes just about as well as you'd expect.
05:30What?
05:31I'm not doing that!
05:32But the talent show is tomorrow night!
05:34Creep!
05:36It's rough to watch Jimmy, a sweet and funny kid known for his optimism, be the first in
05:42his class to explore this unfamiliar territory.
05:46Number 5.
05:47Cartman spews the truth.
05:49Are you telling me that if you have this Tourette's Syndrome you can say whatever you want all
05:53the time and never get in trouble?
05:55It's a neurological disorder, he can't help it.
05:58Yeah.
05:59Upon meeting a boy his own age with Tourette's Syndrome, Cartman comes up with an ingenious
06:05By pretending to have the condition, he can get away with saying all the horrible things
06:09that pop into his mind.
06:11Cartman takes full advantage of this free pass, vocalizing the most disgusting and racist
06:16insults he can think of without consequence.
06:19He even gains a platform to ostensibly speak about the syndrome, while actually spreading
06:24anti-Semitic propaganda.
06:26You are not going to go on national television and spew a bunch of hate speech about Jewish
06:29people.
06:30I won't let you do it, Cartman!
06:32Then the game is on, Cap.
06:34His plan backfires when he starts uncontrollably blurting out his deepest, darkest, and most
06:39humiliating secrets.
06:40At least we can say this was one of those times Cartman got what he deserved.
06:45This year has been fun, goodbye!
06:50Number 4.
06:51Kyle's Proposition
06:52This is an R-rated movie.
06:54Yeah, I know, but I have to-
06:55But, because this is such an important film that accurately depicts the selfless acts
06:59of Jesus Christ, I'll let you in to see it.
07:03Thanks.
07:04This reflection on Mel Gibson's controversial blockbuster satirizes religious extremism
07:10and the impact of media on personal beliefs.
07:13Given his Jewish background, Kyle becomes distraught after viewing Gibson's film in
07:18the movie theater.
07:19How could the Jews do that to Jesus?
07:21Pretty brutal, isn't it?
07:23Kind of makes you want to change your life, huh?
07:26This causes Kyle to struggle with guilt and confusion over the role of Jews in Jesus'
07:31death.
07:32But the turmoil by Cartman's usual anti-Semitism doesn't exactly ease his pain.
07:36Kyle resolves to stand before his congregation and propose that the Jews apologize for crucifying
07:42Jesus.
07:43Kyle, what on earth has gotten into you?
07:45I saw the passion!
07:46Ah, that movie again!
07:48Although he aimed to ease the tension caused by Gibson's movie, Kyle's suggestion only
07:53serves to fan the flame.
07:55Hell really breaks loose when Cartman leads his Gibson Nazis down the street just moments
08:00later.
08:023.
08:03Butters Takes a Stand
08:04It's been a rough few weeks, baby.
08:06The girls are still mad about being trolled on the school message board.
08:09Parents are all freaking out about the election.
08:11And I tell ya, you're glad not to be living in this country right now.
08:14One of the main plot points to emerge in Season 20 is an ongoing war between South Park's
08:19boys and girls.
08:20After being dumped by his Canadian girlfriend Charlotte, Butters grows tired of being shamed
08:26of his gender and argues that he and the other boys should stand together in pride.
08:32Butters, you need to calm down.
08:33No!
08:34We tried doing it your way, Kyle!
08:35We tried doing what the girls wanted us to do, and where did it get us?
08:38Nowhere.
08:39Right!
08:40As such, he rallies the boys to drop their pants and expose themselves in protest, chanting
08:46Weiner's Outs.
08:47Butters' bold, albeit misguided, leadership turns into a movement, with many males joining
08:53in.
08:54I know the past few weeks have been very difficult for all of us.
08:58I know, now more than ever, that something has to change.
09:01Noble as their intentions may be, watching a group of 4th grade boys parade around with
09:06their pants down is pretty uncomfortable.
09:092.
09:10Randy's Computer Time
09:12Randy, off the internet.
09:13No!
09:14No, come on!
09:15Leave me alone!
09:16No, mister.
09:17It's time for night-night.
09:18But Sharon, I got stuff to do!
09:20Season 12 sees the unthinkable happen.
09:22The world loses internet access.
09:26In a clever parody of The Grapes of Wrath, the Marsh family heads to California in search
09:30of an internet connection.
09:32Sorry folks, we're full up.
09:33Know anywhere else we can stay?
09:35We're heading out California way, looking for some internet.
09:38You and everyone else, you'll have to stay out at the transient camp with all the others
09:42heading to California.
09:43Everyone has their own reasons for wanting to use the internet, including Stan's father
09:48Randy, who has been craving alone time with the computer to satisfy some, uh, personal
09:54urges.
09:55The Marshes finally settle at a camp where each visitor is allotted only 40 seconds at
09:59a time.
10:00But that's not enough for Randy.
10:02What do you want us to do?
10:03Pick up the whole computer and put it inside for ten minutes just for you?
10:06Three minutes would be plenty.
10:08Get lost!
10:09So he sneaks in to use the computer and binge-watches obscene porn, resulting in one of the most
10:14truly gag-inducing moments ever featured on the show.

10:35The Chili-Con Carnival
10:36Call it awkward or call it terrifying, bottom line, no moment in the history of South Park
10:42can bring about such negative emotions.
10:45In this notorious season 5 episode, Carbon is up against 9th grader Scott Tenorman, who
10:50swindled him out of $16.12.
10:54Watch.
10:55What are you doing?
10:59No.
11:01Why?
11:02Now you can't bug me for your dumb money.
11:04This proves to be the biggest mistake of Scott's life when Carbon devises a twisted plan for
11:09revenge, which culminates in what's often called the series' darkest moment.
11:14Do you like it?
11:15Do you like it, Scott?
11:16I call it Mr. and Mrs. Tenorman Chili.
11:23Oh my God!
11:24That's right.
11:25He tricks the older kid into eating chili made from the ground-up remains of his own
11:30parents.
11:31That's not to mention the way Cartman gleefully taunts Scott after his deeds are revealed.
11:35No wonder this episode messed so many people up.
11:38Dude, I think it might be best for us to never piss Cartman off again.
11:41Good call.
11:42Which of these charming moments could you barely stand watching?
11:46Let us know in the comments.
11:47I'm Chris Hanson.
