00:33The rain reached EDSA Guadalupe, so motorists should be careful when traveling.

00:38The traffic in Quezon Boulevard, Manila also slowed down due to the rain.

00:42A thunderstorm caused heavy rain, according to two advisory of Pag-asa Ritong Tanghali.
