Check out the clip from February 2011 ... Diddy was sporting dark shades and sitting side by side with the much younger Biebs, with host Jimmy Kimmel parked behind his desk, chatting with the famous duo.

00:00This is the type of indictment you would expect from someone in the mafia.
00:03I don't know that I could keep him off the stand.
00:05He is very eager to tell his story.
00:08They're going to show that video over and over and over
00:11about what happens to women that won't change their stories.
00:15His reputation is over.
00:17The United States government, they start making this case
00:20as a takedown of a successful black man.
00:24TMZ presents The Downfall of Diddy, The Indictment, now streaming on Tubi.
00:30More Diddy news, I got to tell you, get used to this
00:33because this story is unfolding every day and will for months.
00:39I am telling you, I mean, we've done two documentaries on this
00:42and we're doing a third and this just keeps on unfolding.
00:48The Busby Law Firm, which is representing some of the alleged victims,
00:53came out today and said that they have had 12,000 phone calls
00:59from people who claim that they are victims of Diddy.
01:04Now, that number is insane.
01:06I mean, it's not going to be 12,000,
01:08but they're saying they're going to vet all of them to see which ones are legit.
01:13We're not even close to the trial, Harvey.
01:15At some point, there's going to be a trial.
01:16Yeah, no, so much is unfolding here.
01:19So you may have heard that there was this talk.
01:24In fact, Diddy even talked about 48 hours with Justin Bieber.
01:28This was back when he was a teenager, that he was spending 48 hours with him
01:33and they were going to bro down and God knows, we don't know what.
01:37Right.
01:37Now, the people we spoke with in Justin's world
01:41said absolutely nothing untoward happened
01:44and that he really didn't hang out with Diddy.
01:47That's what they said.
01:49Now, we found a clip when Justin was 16,
01:54so this goes back a ways because he's 30 now,
01:57when Justin and Diddy were on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
02:02And on this show, it seems like,
02:06and again, we're not suggesting anything untoward,
02:09but Diddy makes reference to something that makes your ears perk up.
02:16We become friends in a strange way.
02:18It's like robbing big.
02:19Yeah, yeah, it's like, exactly.
02:23I'm begging you, Robin.
02:24Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:25No, I mean, to a lot of us, he's like a little brother.
02:29You know what I'm saying?
02:30He's not afraid to call and ask for advice.
02:33He's somebody that, in the industry-wise,
02:35the record industry is a strong family
02:37and he's somebody that we definitely have our arms around
02:40and we want to protect him.
02:41He got me a Lamborghini.
02:43Oh, well, that's nice.
02:44I haven't gotten it yet, though.
02:45Yeah, when is that coming, that Lamborghini?
02:48We talked about this last time.
02:49He had the Lamborghini for a day or two
02:51and he got access to the house
02:53and he knows better than me talking about the things
02:55that he does with Big Brother Puff on national television.
02:59Access to the house and knows better than to talk about
03:03things that go on in the house with Big Puff.
03:08That's a weird comment now looking at it in retrospect, right?
03:13It's a very strange comment in retrospect.
03:15Given that we now know what was going on in that house,
03:18we may not know the specific details,
03:20but we generally have a general sense
03:22of what was going on in that house.
03:23The idea that a 16-year-old Justin Bieber
03:25was hanging around with Big Brother Puff in the house.
03:30Look, I mean, maybe it's unfair,
03:32but it seems like this speaks to what we've been hearing
03:36and seeing with Usher and others.
03:37Well, Usher is the big one.
03:39Usher was 13 years old when he stayed with Diddy
03:43and said that he saw things a 13-year-old
03:46never should have seen.
03:49And I think he's referring to parties.
03:51We don't know specifically what he's referring to.
03:53He's never said.
03:55But this kind of raises this issue
03:58that is percolating right now in the media.
04:02Certainly something that we've been hearing about,
04:04which is look, Diddy courted every big celebrity
04:10in this country for a long, long time, for years.
04:14And all of them wanted to go to his party.
04:17They were the best parties, the best parties around.
04:20If you were there, you're an A-list star.
04:22You're an A-list star.
04:23And these are the white parties.
04:25And everybody wanted to go.
04:27Well, you know what happened when the parties were over?
04:29You had after parties.
04:31And the after parties are where the freak-offs happen.
04:33And the freak-offs are one of the bases
04:36of the sex trafficking allegations against Diddy.
04:41So all of these stars were going to these parties.
04:44And then the question becomes, who went to the after parties?
04:48And were there celebrities who were doing things
04:51that Diddy was doing that got him in trouble with the feds?
04:54Or were they just there?
04:56And are they worried that they're
04:58going to play these freak-off videos
05:00that Diddy recorded in this trial to prove sex trafficking?
05:05And these celebrities are going to be collateral damage.
05:08So one of the people that came up is Ashton Kutcher.
05:12Now, we're not saying he went to a freak-off party.
05:14We have no idea.
05:15But he had said this in 2019 on The Hot Ones.
05:21And this also made your ears perk up.
05:25Diddy party stories?
05:26They're our favorite genre of anecdote, if you have one.
05:28Yeah.
05:29Wow.
05:29OK, I've got a lot I can't tell.
05:35I can't tell that one either.
05:37I mean, like, actually cycling through them.
05:39Well, that's, again.
05:42It all looks, it sounds and looks bad,
05:44knowing now what we now think we know,
05:47at least according to the feds.
05:48Ashton Kutcher must be regretting that like crazy.
05:51We have his people gave us a statement.
05:54And here's what they said.
05:56This narrative has got to stop.
05:58Ashton has nothing to do with this.
06:00Zero involvement.
06:01Zero knowledge of these Diddy's activities.
06:04Ashton, like everyone else, that is so interesting.
06:08Ashton, like everyone else in Hollywood,
06:11attended a Diddy party 20 years ago.
06:14And that might be, I think the question you have for him is,
06:17what did he mean when he said that on the Hot One show?
06:20What are you talking about that you saw
06:23that you can't talk about?
06:24I would love to know the answer to that question at this point.
06:27That is the question.
06:29Hey, this is Van calling from Compton.
06:31I think that most celebrities need to just be honest with
06:33themselves.
06:34I mean, you party with Diddy.
06:36It definitely wasn't a party of one.
06:38If it was lotion, if it was oil, whatever it was,
06:42everybody seemed to have a good time.
06:44But now when it's time to own up and say you were there,
06:47nobody seems to have been there.
06:48And I think you make a good point.
06:50But I want to say one thing.
06:51That he had a lot of these parties, apparently.
06:54I mean, again, a thousand bottles of baby oil.
06:55Right.
06:56It's not illegal to have an orgy.
06:58What's illegal is if he drugged women,
07:02according to this allegation,
07:05and then had his way.
07:07Right.
07:08That's illegal.
07:08Right.
07:09Now, the point is that there may be people who went to some of
07:14these parties, did nothing wrong, and they're thinking,
07:18oh my God, he videotaped this.
07:20Right.
07:20I'm going to be painted with that same brush, even if I did nothing.
07:24Right.
07:24That's the point here.
