Diddy was featured in an old video as his younger, cocky self, hanging out with three White dudes and an Asian lady at a house party in the 2000s, apparently in London.

00:00This is the type of indictment you would expect from someone in the mafia.
00:03I don't know that I could keep him off the stand.
00:05He is very eager to tell his story.
00:08They're going to show that video over and over and over
00:11about what happens to women that won't change their stories.
00:15His reputation is over.
00:17The United States government, they start making this case
00:20as a takedown of a successful black man.
00:24TMZ presents The Downfall of Diddy, The Indictment, now streaming on Tubi.
00:30There have been so many videos of Diddy that have been resurfaced,
00:36really going back sometimes 30 years.
00:38There are a lot of breadcrumbs about...
00:41Things that were going on at his party.
00:42Yeah, that all of a sudden you hear today about what the allegations are
00:48and there are some signs.
00:50Yeah, and this one you're about to see,
00:52this was in the aftermath of one of his parties in the early 2000s.
00:56The party was in London and he is standing by someone
01:02who was attending that party, a DJ, who didn't come out of it...
01:08How do we say?
01:09He was feeling, he was hurting it.
01:11I mean, he was hurting for certain, but Diddy decided to make a joke about it
01:15and a joke that at the end here, listen to what he says.
01:19It's pretty stunning.
01:21For all those in London that don't know what happens to the white man
01:26when he comes to a P. Diddy party, this is what happens to the white man.
01:31Oh, it's so unfortunate.
01:33You got to pull back though, so they can see.
01:36That's crazy.
01:37Matt, move out of the way.
01:38You're still alive.
01:40Look at that.
01:41Look at...
01:41Look, would you...
01:42Get the drink out of his head.
01:44And that's James from Simeon Mobile Disco.
01:46He is an actual DJ.
01:49He's not supposed to pass out,
01:50but when they come to one of my parties, this is what happens to him.
01:54I put him to sleep.
01:56Well, you know, one of the big allegations is that he supposedly drugged people at these freak-offs
02:03and there are multiple lawsuits now alleging that,
02:07and it's something that is a centerpiece of the federal criminal prosecution.
02:12Certainly the indictment with the feds,
02:14but you also think about those 120 alleged victims that Tony Busby is representing,
02:20and you just wonder if any of them were at parties where there are videos like this
02:26where Diddy was saying stuff like this.
02:27And I will say, that's going to be played in trial.
02:31Yeah.
02:31That's going to be played in trial.
02:33And the defense is going to try and keep that out.
02:36They're going to say it's prejudicial.
02:38It's too long in the past.
02:40I have a feeling the judge is going to admit it.
02:42I'm actually not sure what the probative value or the relevance of this video is.
02:45I mean, I hate to play devil's advocate on this,
02:47but lots of people pass out at parties without doing any drugs at all, right?
02:52True.
02:52That's true.
02:53And I think that we all have seen people-
02:57But if you were, Jason, if you were a victim, an alleged victim at that particular party,
03:03wouldn't you think that that video is very relevant?
03:06And what you're claiming is that you were drugged.
03:10What I would want as a plaintiff is to, in my opinion,
03:15get the jury to believe my case.
03:17And if they can be convinced that this is evidence of the same thing I went through
03:22as a drug victim, if I'm the plaintiff, then I'd want to show it.
03:26But that doesn't mean that it actually proves that.
03:28That just means you want the jury to think it proves that.
03:30It doesn't prove it, but trials are based on building blocks.
03:34And you can either accept that or dismiss it.
03:37But it raises eyebrows when you hear it.
03:40And there's going to be a dogfight because, honestly,
03:43I think much bigger than the civil trials is the criminal case.
03:48And I think the prosecution is going to be looking at these old videos,
03:53which aligns with the time for which he's being prosecuted.
03:57And they're going to say that Diddy is playing his hand.
04:01I mean, you're right.
04:03They could say, look, people pass out because they drink too much.
04:06But the prosecutor is going to say, this is relevant.
04:10Let the jury decide.
04:11And we'll look at all the videos along the way.
04:15Hey, what's up?
04:16This is Diamond in Dallas.
04:17And I just want to say that everything that is done in the dark,
04:22it will always come to the light.
04:24And I find it so amazing that Sean P. Diddy Combs,
04:28he's actually incriminated himself with all of these videos
04:32that are now playing out in front of the public.
