00:00And we'll start with the running back position on the Chicago Bears and George.
00:07This was a lot of frustration for fantasy owners who drafted DeAndre Swift, who through
00:12three weeks, you know, let's just call it what it is, looked like he was not playable
00:16anymore in fantasy.
00:17And then all of a sudden he woke up this past week, but it hasn't stopped people from speculating
00:23on the future.
00:24Is it just one game or was that a blip on Swift's radar?
00:27He only has one touchdown this season.
00:30Roshon Johnson is someone they drafted two years ago and Johnson has 56 rushing yards,
00:36one score.
00:37He's 19.3% roster owned right now in fantasy.
00:41And my guess is, is, you know, Swift keeps playing.
00:46The thing that I, that would wonder a little bit, and we do want to give credit because
00:49he did have a good week last week at 93 yards rushing, is that when you're dumped by two
00:53teams, it kind of makes me think a little bit.
00:57If two teams didn't like you and you're now on your third, something must be missing.
01:01I did not see that by the way.
01:02I thought out of the University of Georgia, he was going to be a superstar.
01:06I thought he was as well.
01:07So, and I'm with you on everything you said there, by the way, because I was surprised
01:10that Detroit moved on for him.
01:12And I guess Philadelphia, maybe the bigger and better things, maybe he didn't fit the
01:15offense.
01:16You know, we'll see.
01:17What are you going to do if he's out there?
01:19You're certainly grab you.
01:20And once again, we don't have Barkley this week.
01:22We don't have Gibbs.
01:23We don't have Montgomery.
01:24You don't have Pollard.
01:26You know, so there are guys that are gone this week.
01:28So you certainly want, you're hoping that last week was the start of something good.
01:33What we expected of him.
01:34No one expected him to be an RB1 this year, but we expect him to be a serviceable RB2
01:39on a young up and coming team, right?
01:41They got Caleb Williams.
01:42You got Keenan Allen.
01:43You got Adunze.
01:44I think he's going to be worried about that, worried about the pass to get the run game
01:47will be open here.
01:48So that's what we were hoping for.
01:49I said, let's see if it's the start of something good.
01:52If he's out there, you're grabbing him.
01:53Certainly not there in any of the leagues.
01:54Some of these guys, that's amazing when you look at these, who's available.
01:59I don't know.
02:00I was playing in these leagues.
02:01These guys are long gone, long gone in the leagues I've played in.
02:06If they're available in yours, hey, go for it.
02:08Yeah, no, there's good.
02:09There could be some 12 team leagues that somebody like that is sitting out there.
02:12But as we're doing the show now here, the odds of this next player being available are
02:16very slim because on Friday was determined that Jonathan Taylor is going to miss this
02:20week's game.
02:21So that means it's time to fire off Trey Sermon, who was cut by the 49ers.
02:27I mean, think about that.
02:29What Trey Sermon could have been if not for Jordan Mason there, seven receiving yards,
02:3724 rushing yards.
02:39And he was basically thought to be maybe even out of football, George.
02:42And then he resurfaced, he signed with the Colts, and now he's going to get another shot.
02:46He also was an early pick in the NFL draft as well.
02:49A really good college player.
02:51So he's going to get his shot here and, you know, probably close to startable in a lot
02:56of leagues.
02:57Oh, I would say he is, once again, a lot of guys on by, a lot of injuries here.
03:02Yeah, I think he's startable.
03:03You know, if not in your RB2, then a flex, all right?
03:07He's playing Jacksonville.
03:08We all know the problems they have.
03:09All right, not a good team here.
03:11This is a game I do expect points to be put up on the board.
03:13I think he's going to have a very good chance to get the end zone.
03:16I also think there's a good chance that Joe Flacco is starting at quarterback.
03:20I don't think we've got that confirmed yet, but I think there's a chance that he starts
03:23there.
03:24Which means, guess what?
03:25I think that's good for the offense as well, because, hey, Joe's a tradition.
03:28We know Joe.
03:29He's not running, okay?
03:30He's a three, five, seven step drop, and now I'm going to throw the football.
03:34He's not moving around there, so that'll be good for Sermon as well.
03:36And if they have the goal line, got to think of Sermon.
03:39So I think he gets in the end zone this week, right?
03:41I think, you know, we were going to talk about it at some point next week.
03:44I think he's going to finish as an RB, maybe, if not a one, just outside of an RB one.
