00:00Even though PONGOs are no longer allowed in the country, the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission is worried that they might still have an influence

00:17Almost 200 million pesos in bank accounts and more than half a billion pesos in real estate properties and cars.

00:26These properties were freezed by the Court of Appeals until January 2025.

00:32However, Go has withdrawn a large amount of money before his bank accounts were freezed, according to a congressman who sponsored the AMLOC or Anti-Money Laundering Council.

00:55They took the lead by withdrawing their cash in different banks plus disposing several properties at a lower price.

01:05Komelec said that they will accept Go's candidacy, but will he still allow him to run, especially the punishment from the Ombudsman while he is no longer allowed to serve in the government.

01:17If a person is perpetually disqualified to hold public office because the Office of the Ombudsman has a decision, we will cancel his candidacy.

01:28Even if that person is appealed to the Court of Appeals, unless the Court of Appeals issues a TRO to his case in the Office of the Ombudsman.

01:38We tried to get Go's candidacy, but to no avail.

01:41POGOs in the country are only valid until December.

01:44That's why Paok was surprised that there is a licensed POGO that still hires employees, just like the last POGO hub they raided in Pasay that was involved in the Love Scam.

01:53When we raided this, we only got new entrants. So, they have no intention of leaving.

02:02And while the election is approaching, Paok is planning to fight POGO politics.

02:07POGO politics still exists because the Chinese who are on the other side, the Chinese criminal syndicates,

02:17even though we don't have or there are other agencies that teach a particular person, it's not far-fetched to think that they are also helping.
