00:00A woman beat her grandfather after she was hold up and now she's under arrest.

00:04She was held in a hoolicamp inside the house.

00:07Bea Pinlac was found guilty.

00:13The authorities complained about this 19-year-old woman

00:17after she was held up by a man in NEPA Qmart in Quezon City.

00:22She was charged with 19,000 pesos.

00:26We went around inside Qmart and we caught the person.

00:31We were able to catch him and we were able to get three shots of drugs.

00:36The person was in prison.

00:39He said he was held up, but we were able to get drugs.

00:43Illegal drugs and a gun were found in the man's hold up.

00:48They were not able to recover the stolen money.

00:52The next day, a man went to the barangay to file a complaint.

00:57His complaint is that he broke into their house and took four cellphones.

01:05He took the cellphones and he was at the side of our bathroom.

01:11He peeped here and then he came out.

01:15He broke into her house and stole her cellphones and wallet

01:20with ID and 5,900 pesos.

01:26When the CCTV came back,

01:28I showed him the money and he said,

01:30this is from last night.

01:32He complained that he was held up by 19,000 pesos.

01:35He went around the man's house.

01:39The woman did not go inside the man's house to steal the four cellphones.

01:45But later, she saw him walking out of the house.

01:50The woman admitted to the crime.

01:53She explained that she just wanted to recover after losing the money.

01:58Last time, I was held up.

02:02I didn't know what to do.

02:05My mind was confused.

02:07I just thought of doing something bad.

02:12He went to a mall in Manila to sell the stolen cellphones for 4,000 pesos.

02:19Even though he gave the money to the owner,

02:22he hoped that he could get back the stolen goods.

02:26He took the money and left the wallet in the taxi.

02:28He chased us for the wallet because I had my license.

02:32Even if we get the cellphones or not,

02:34we will still file a complaint.

02:36The woman is facing a complaint of theft.

02:40It is also possible to file a complaint of buying stolen cellphones

02:44for violating anti-fencing law.
