00:00A man was arrested in Quezon City on charges of molestation to a minor in his neighborhood.

00:07The accused was charged with molestation.

00:10We reported this to James Agustin.

00:15Outside a Sari-Sari store in Quezon City, a 28-year-old man was arrested

00:20on charges of molestation to his neighbor.

00:23The man was subject to a warrant of arrest for the case of two counts of rape by sexual assault.

00:27When he was taken by the troops, he was with his parents in front of his store.

00:34He was hiding, but he was still coming back to their place.

00:41According to the police, the victim was a minor.

00:44The accused lived in the neighborhood for several years.

00:47When this case happened, last pandemic 2020,

00:52he was molested when he was five years old.

00:55The child complained, but the parents did not file a complaint.

01:01This happened again when the child was seven years old.

01:06That's when the complaint was filed against the accused.

01:12The man was arrested twice in the Most Wanted Persons List of the police.

01:16He was previously jailed for rape.

01:18When asked about his arrest,

01:41the police prepared the documents for the return of warrant.
