पानीपत, हरियाणा : पानीपत शहरी विधानसभा की मतगणना रुक गई है। कांग्रेस ने ईवीएम में गड़बड़ी का आरोप लगाते हुए काउंटिंग रुकवा दी है। कांग्रेस प्रत्याशी वीरेंद्र शाह ने कहा, ''दो राउंड तो ठीक से पूरे हो गए, लेकिन तीसरे राउंड में छह वोटिंग मशीनों में बैटरी 99 प्रतिशत दिखी. जब वोटिंग का डेटा निकाला गया तो बीजेपी उम्मीदवार की गिनती में 60% से 70% की वृद्धि देखी गई। जबकि जिन ईवीएम में बैटरी 70% से 78% के बीच है, उनमें सही डाटा आ रहा है...।
