00:19According to USA Today, Peanut M&M's take the cake as the healthiest Halloween candy.
00:25You're getting at least a little more substance than just corn syrup.
00:28Peanut M&M's contain a little less than one gram of fiber,
00:32two grams of protein, and nine grams of sugar.
00:35And they are also made of mostly milk chocolate.
00:38Rose Britt, a registered dietitian with Top Nutrition Coaching says,
00:42It's not a whole balance, but it will give us a little more sense of fullness
00:46compared to our traditional straight sugar-type candies.
00:50Basically, candy with nuts is your healthiest option.
00:53They might make you a little nuts, but certainly less nuts than the sugary sweets.
