00:23from the front. And all I'll say is I'm getting a lot better. This crazy thing
00:28has been happening to me where I'm like super looking forward to Saturdays like
00:32I'm just super I mean okay I've always looked forward to Saturdays but now I
00:35really look forward to them because I just get to like create something and
00:37this whole pandemic it's just kind of been this like what am I gonna do this
00:41weekend I wanted to be relaxing but there's nothing to do and now I just
00:45have this amazing thing to create yeah it's dope thank you guys if you haven't
00:50subscribed yet you should do so because I think I think I'm in this for the long
00:54run happy Saturday buds today we were doing something I utterly hate doing and
00:59probably do about once a year so let's just get it over with
01:14they were doing this like you know who or what do you love thing and so I wrote
01:21my girl Sorni B on there except I forgot which way the S goes on those like
01:27crazy 90 s's so it's backwards but the love is true so the last time that I
01:40baked was almost a year ago exactly New York City had just gone into lockdown
01:44and I biked 40 miles around New York City to visit all my friends and hang
01:48out on their stoops
02:00get you some friends I also decided that I was gonna bake everybody cookies
02:04bacon for the buds not every day I do this it's not every week it's not every
02:11month I honestly can't remember the last time I baked they didn't love the
02:15cookies
02:23but tonight one of my pod friends such a weird thing to say is coming over for
02:29dinner and they're cooking dinner and I told them since they're cooking dinner I
02:32would make dessert but I gave them a very fair warning that I am NOT a baker
02:37I just got to follow directions that's my problem I really I'm just bad at
02:41following directions and then with baking it'd be so precise and I'm like
02:44oh what if I use this pan but they're like no you can't use that pan because
03:14I don't know it kind of looks like scrambled eggs 24 hours later good
03:32morning buds the good news is I got a dope new haircut the bad news is my
03:38lemon bars were quite literally in a unedible unedible we couldn't eat them
03:43they took cool at room temperature for two hours which I did and then I put
03:47them in the fridge to chill for another two hours when I pulled them out and cut
03:51them open I realized that under the base layer was not even cooked at all like
03:57not even in the least and I swear it wasn't jiggling when I pulled them out
04:01of the oven but apparently it was jiggling underneath at all I did eat one
04:05square of them to prove that I would eat my dessert but I immediately did not
04:10feel great about that decision if you want to bake something I will film it
04:14and make it look beautiful but I think I think I'm hanging up my my apron
