00:00Welcome back, everybody. In this video, I'm going to show you how to download Minecraft.
00:05The official way, the legal way, the safe way, so you get the same version of Minecraft every other YouTuber has,
00:12so you can play the same games, the same online maps, the same everything.
00:16This is one of those games that everybody wants to play, and everybody wants to save up a couple bucks,
00:21so they end up going to a sketchy site, clicking the wrong link,
00:24and downloading a couple viruses that end up ruining their computer forever.
00:29So yeah, as I said, let's learn how to download Minecraft the right way.
00:34The first thing you have to do is to click on your search bar,
00:37because everybody with a Windows 10 or 11 computer is going to have an Xbox app,
00:43which is the app we're going to use to download Minecraft from.
00:47Once you're in the app, you'll see a bunch of options.
00:49You'll see Game Pass, you'll see My Library, which is where you find all your games,
00:53and you'll see Store. This is where you have to go to find Minecraft.
00:58In fact, you'll probably see it right in front of you in the best-selling games, or in the front page,
01:03but just in case, if you don't see it, you can type Minecraft in the search bar,
01:09and you'll see every version of Minecraft ever created.
01:12The most popular ones are these two, Minecraft for Windows and Minecraft Java Edition.
01:18This is the one, the Java Edition, the one you have to get.
01:21As you can see, for me, it says Install, because I already bought it,
01:24but for you, it's going to say $15, $20, I don't know how much it costs.
01:28Once you've downloaded the game, you'll get access to the Minecraft Launcher,
01:31which is where you can play Minecraft Java, Minecraft Windows, Minecraft every single version of Minecraft.
01:36Of course, you've bought the Java Edition, so that's the one you are going to be able to play.
01:40Oh, and by the way, I'm not playing in windowed mode, because my version of Minecraft is weird.
01:45I just do it because I want to. I can switch it off and play full screen, no problem.
01:49And well, once that's done, you'll be able to play Minecraft.
01:52Of course, multiplayer, single player, whatever you want in a very safe manner.
01:57Something else that I wanted to add is that unless you have a potato computer,
02:00you'll be able to play the game, no problem.
02:02It is a very, very basic graphical game.
02:05So, it runs in pretty much every single computer that exists right now.
02:10As you can see, in my beefy computer, it's running at over a thousand FPS.
02:14So yeah, even if you have like a basic laptop that's 300 bucks, you'll be fine.
02:19And well, that's it. I hope you guys enjoyed the video.
02:21If there's any other games you want to see how to download,
02:24please tell me in the comments. I'll be happy to make the video.
