00:00Well I am the ASEAN back for Philippines. So in 2026 we will host. This will be the second time
00:08I would experience being a host. The last time was during the Duterte's time. So that was a very
00:18successful event in the Philippines. Many of the world leaders like Donald Trump, etc. Modi all
00:24attended. So we are hoping to duplicate that again in 2026. And of course our president wants
00:32to make sure that this is a successful event especially ASEAN is very close to. You know
00:38it's very important that we work within the 10 countries to be able to scale up and that's
00:45our objective. Even in Godegosho that's what we are trying to do. Scale up our MSNBs. Same
00:51as countries they want to scale up as well. But you need the whole citizen to start to reskill and
00:59get help on their negotiations so that they can expand. I would say of the ASEAN countries
01:05most of them are countries are very heavily dependent on the economy.
01:13Because we all realize that especially those who are not as fortunate as the other successful
01:19countries like Japan, Singapore, countries like the Philippines, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, etc.
01:26Vietnam, Cambodia. It's very important that we focus on our small entrepreneurs. Get them to
01:34grow, scale up, reskill our workers if need be so that they can be employable easily and they can
01:41even start their own business. And the youth is another priority for the Philippines. We have
01:47launched the youth preneur and the boardroom and that is very effective because the youth is the
01:53promise the future of our country. So if we want them to have an enterprising mindset you don't
01:58teach that when you're 60 years old. You teach that when they're 15 years old. I believe so that
02:04there will be a number of MOAs that will be signed. We have one that's coming up with the
02:13Secretary of Agrarian Reform, Secretary Estrella. That's on the availability of land but we will
02:20wait for that to happen. We're close to signing a MOA together with the big brothers of agriculture
02:30So we have started one of the legacy projects of the Philippines of 2026 will be the ASEAN Food
02:37Security Alliance that is getting all the big brothers of each of the 10 countries to come
02:42together in agriculture. So one area the focus will be agriculture because most of our MSMEs are in agriculture.
