00:22have arrested the so-called Big Boss of the Lucky South 99 operation

00:27who is a Philippine offshore gaming operator in Porac, Pampanga.

00:30The arrest of Liu Dong, a.k.a. Lee Sung Han, in Binan, Laguna, was carried out.

00:35He was about to leave his house and go to a party but he was quickly caught by the authorities.

00:41He was also sentenced to one month in prison before he was released.

00:45Twelve other foreign nationals and some Filipinos were also arrested, including Liu Dong.

00:50According to the prison, the Filipinos are drivers and bodyguards.

00:55Liu Dong, one of the personal assistants, even jumped from a boat and jumped to escape.
