00:00We are open-minded. I met the Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken,
00:13had an important meeting with him, and I would like to thank him for the investment from big companies,
00:19such as digital data centers and AI.
00:22Of course, it is because of the government's success, MITI's success, the plans of our ministries and other ministries.
00:30But in that discussion, he said, yes, Malaysia is an important investment destination.
00:38And he mentioned hundreds of billions of investment from American companies to Malaysia.
00:45Although we know my background in Gaza, in my relationship with China,
00:52or I went to Vladivostok to meet President Putin.
00:56That is our background, because Malaysia wants to move forward, be friends with everyone, but we are free.
01:02This country is an independent and free country.
01:05And we make decisions to trade with all countries.
01:09That's why we are friends with everyone.
01:12There is no country that can direct us.
01:15And I think this is because our society and our country,
01:19various nations, various countries are united and we have a strong government today.
01:26So I would like to thank you again.
01:29I also met with the Prime Minister of India, Australia, Canada,
01:37who gave good attention.
01:39And I believe that at the end of this year and the beginning of next year,
01:43Malaysia will be the world's attention.
01:46That is the role of society.
01:48And I ask the ACCIM and the Malaysian Trade Board to cooperate fully.
01:53We had, for example, in May, the ASEAN-GCCC meeting in the Arab countries.
02:04The first time I came to ASEAN, there were six main countries,
02:09Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, six.
02:16I came here, ASEAN-GCC, plus China.
02:22Then at the end of the year, we had the ASEAN-US meeting.
02:31ASEAN-China, ASEAN-Korea, ASEAN-Japan, ASEAN-Europe, India, Australia, New Zealand.
02:41And this will give a focus, attention, and I ask for cooperation.
02:50Because this is our focus.
02:52Diplomacy, respect for our country.
02:56Malaysia is beautiful.
02:58But mainly, economy.
03:02Mainly, trade, investment, business.
03:07Opportunities for Malaysian people, opportunities for Malaysian companies,
03:11and opportunities for Malaysian people.
03:14Therefore, I emphasize this.
03:18Because this success is not only for the government,
03:22but also for public officials and the private sector.
