00:00I realized that people are just people when you strip them of all the trappings of what they're
00:04wearing or what they have or what car they drive. Ultimately, people are just people and the most
00:10important thing will be about what is real. Because there's so much fake stuff. You have
00:16all these employees, you don't know how much of the interview will lead to a successful hire.
00:23When you hire someone, you don't know how they're going to perform. When you have
00:28kids, you don't know how they're going to grow up. When you're a parent, you don't know how you're
00:32going to be as a parent. When you are a lover, you don't know how you're going to be as a lover. You
00:37don't know how that lover is going to be with you. At the end of the day, people just have to learn
00:41how to be real, vulnerable, genuine, sincere, honest, and we get so caught up in so much of
00:52the pretensions that we just end up in disaster.
