00:56a few now and I keep slipping up um so what I thought today would do is we're gonna start
01:00off with some cracking and then we're gonna jump on the foot on and do some stretching
01:06because I know Kaz likes stretching so we're gonna try and mix it up a little bit that way
01:10and try a few different things and maybe try some because I know Kaz is really flexible
01:15and it's not gonna cause her any issues we're gonna try some bigger stretches yeah yeah cool
01:22so what we're gonna do we're gonna start off nice and simply
01:26uh with the butterfly manipulations just because these are easiest ones to do really
01:32and um I might just start by just mobilizing you first
01:38all right so take a deep breath in for me and slowly out

01:57we'll try a bit lower down though so deep breath in slowly out
02:05so we'll just try a little rib one now so I'm just going to reach down and grab your hip

03:45uh ability one whereby me moving it sort of helps decompress your hip a little

04:31how are the new job going a lot better but a lot more standing around I'm not doing
04:37as physical work now which I'm happy with but now my back is dead after about six hours
04:53yeah I can feel that in my knee in what respect uh pressure on like the bottom of my kneecap when
05:00you push that way okay yeah what do we have you had any injuries to you I've hyperextended both
05:08anterior cruciate ligaments so my knees are bent 90 degrees that way two different times
05:14and then issue is as well is that you're quite hypermobile aren't you yep
05:19and yeah I still never managed to learn the splits

07:01but if my knees bent lots of flexibility if my knee is totally straight
07:06not a chance but then again are you getting but if I bring it up actually
07:11are you feeling it behind your knee yeah so really that's actually you've got a short
07:15sciatic nerve maybe that's why I know it's not to do with the muscles it could be that you did
07:21uh essentially work on that you can learn from it well that might be too long sadly not
07:32if it were I'd be doing it all the time um no but what it will do is it'll eventually allow
07:39you for greater mobility so that you could do the splits
07:44it's just one of them things isn't it yeah if you want to improve your mobility if you're
07:48working it all the time sometimes it's not just working on the muscle it's working on
07:53the fascia the tendons and even even the nerves
08:18not feeling that thing no it's only when my knees are straight that I feel it

09:41I think it's because I put so much weight on my right foot just
09:44when I'm standing I'll favour my right leg yeah like a lot of people leg load but then what can
09:51happen is obviously like then you get tightness in your lower back because you're tilting your hip
09:56all day long probably didn't help that prior to getting the trolleys out of the lift I actually
10:07had to use my right leg to more or less boost one over a dip basically it was a hole in the floor
10:15so the wheel got stuck and used all my weight and
10:19basically pushed off of my right leg to try and get out of this damn dip

18:33we've done some stretching the reason it's a relatively short one most of these real episode
18:39ones have been done where my clients have been coming in and getting a reduced discount for an
18:44hour session today however we're filming lots of other stuff so we're going to be filming some
18:49oily head massage ear massage and either some back or some foot massage but how would that feel how
18:55did that feel as soon as that first one and I basically sounded like bubble wrap it's just
19:01instant tension releases yeah that's probably the one that I've needed for a long time and how
19:07were all the stretching wish I could do them myself they feel really really good because I'm
19:12stood on my feet just six hours it feels really good feel a lot more relaxed awesome right so
