00:23together to attract the investment to the city that we need.

00:29All you need is partnership, and what today is an example of is that partnership working

00:37One of the things I was really pleased to hear being said by a chief executive of one
00:41of the biggest businesses in the world was, actually, businesses look at the long-term
00:45trends.
00:46Yes, of course, businesses are keen to hear what happens in the budget on October 30th.
00:50They're more interested in the spending review next spring, what are the long-term plans
00:54this government has.
00:55And so, of course, I'll be looking with keen interest at the budget this month.
