00:03the two 4-year-old and 5-year-old children
00:06were found missing in Iloilo.
00:08They were seen inside an abandoned vehicle

00:22CCTV captured some children outside Iloilo.
00:27Here with us are Sina Buknoy, 4 years old,
00:30and Camille, 5 years old.
00:42The children, residents and barangay officials
00:47searched the nearby area to find the children.
00:50Until 8 in the morning this Sunday,
00:53the children were found inside an abandoned vehicle
00:5650 meters away from their home.
01:00They were alive and crying.
01:02According to the owner of the vehicle,
01:04he heard a noise from the vehicle
01:07so he went inside and saw the two inside.
01:10He immediately closed the window to scare the children.
01:14When I got closer to the vehicle, I saw someone screaming.
01:19The girl, the child, she was screaming.
01:23She was pregnant, but I didn't know if she was pregnant.
01:26Thank God, I was able to save her.
01:29I didn't know what to do.
01:31According to the police,
01:33if not for the holes in the abandoned vehicle,
01:36the children could have suffocated.
01:39The police are yet to determine
01:41how the two children were locked inside the vehicle.
