00:17As a preparation for the printing of new balotas for the May 12 elections,

00:22Comelec ensured that the 4 printers of the National Printing Office

00:39after they were declared nuisance, disqualified, or the Certificate of Candidacy was cancelled.

00:51Comelec started moving them to the Santa Rosa, Laguna warehouse.
