00:27PhilHealth, saying the agencies must address the high price of medical services.
00:32The incident earned Lee the ire of several other lawmakers, who accused him of grandstanding
00:36as he aspires for a Senate seat.
00:39Lee is running for Senator in 2025 under Acción Democrático.
00:42He says he's ready to explain his side once summoned by the Ethics Committee.
