00:00This is the type of indictment you would expect from someone in the mafia.
00:03I don't know that I could keep him off the stand.
00:05He is very eager to tell his story.
00:08They're going to show that video over and over and over
00:11about what happens to women that won't change their stories.
00:15His reputation is over.
00:17The United States government, they start making this case
00:20as a takedown of a successful black man.
00:24TMZ presents The Downfall of Diddy, The Indictment, now streaming on Tubi.
00:30Diddy's name keeps coming up, not only in civil lawsuits,
00:34obviously in the federal indictment ongoing,
00:37but now he's also been dragged into a Kanye lawsuit,
00:41a lawsuit that was filed against Kanye by a former assistant
00:46who says that there was one particular evening
00:48where she believes she was drugged
00:51and it happened while in a studio session with Diddy and Kanye.
00:56This lawsuit is filed by Lauren Pisciatta.
00:58This is a woman we told you about a few months ago.
01:01She's a former assistant of Kanye's
01:04and she filed a lawsuit back then several months ago
01:07but didn't mention any of this.
01:09She has now amended the lawsuit and it is interesting
01:12that this amendment comes,
01:14which now mentions the alleged night with Diddy,
01:19that she's now made this amendment after the federal indictment
01:23and after a whole new wave of lawsuits.
01:26Knowing it gets a lot of attention, Charles,
01:28because like you said, she had previously sued Kanye
01:32but now to bring Diddy into it,
01:34to bring the freak-offs into her lawsuit,
01:36it's sort of these two massive stories colliding.
01:39Right, and what she describes isn't necessarily a freak-off.
01:42In fact, she says it was a recording session
01:45that she was invited to by Kanye
01:47and another artist that she was working with.
01:50She doesn't name the artist
01:52but says that they got to the studio, Diddy was there.
01:55She describes him as co-hosting the session
02:00and that a drink was poured for her,
02:04Kanye told someone to pour a drink for her
02:07and after she sipped on that drink,
02:10things got very, very hazy.
02:12Yeah, she says she didn't know what really happened that night
02:15but she says she later met with Kanye
02:17and during some sort of interview with him,
02:19she says he basically told on himself.
02:21That's even how she puts it in the lawsuit
02:23by describing the night that they shared together
02:25and when she said, I don't remember that,
02:27he said, yeah, women always don't seem to remember hooking up.
02:31So it was almost as if he could have done something
02:34and she would have not known what happened
02:36and then she says he basically outed himself
02:38during this subsequent meeting.
02:40What's interesting to me is that
02:41bringing up Diddy in a lawsuit now
02:43almost is a way that lawyers are trying to bring credibility
02:46to other sexual assault allegations by saying,
02:48hey, we all know Diddy now is a bad guy
02:50so if his name is brought up,
02:53it gives credibility to something bad going down there.
02:55And especially since what she's alleging here against Kanye
02:58is very similar to the things
03:01that we've seen alleged against Diddy,
03:03not only in the federal indictment
03:05but in most of the civil lawsuits
03:09and in fact, there's a whole new wave of those
03:12which we'll get to in a moment.
03:14I just don't know why not,
03:15and I'm not saying she's lying at all,
03:17it's just, it seems curious to me
03:19why not mention the Diddy stuff before?
03:22Derek, does the suit mention why this is being amended now?
03:26Is this something she remembered and didn't
03:29when she previously filed this?
03:31You know, the suit had the litany of other allegations
03:33about the text messages and so forth.
03:35This was a very lengthy lawsuit to begin with
03:37and sometimes as a lawyer,
03:38just trying to pick the stuff that's most concrete
03:40and so all those text messages and things he had said
03:43and the nature of their relationship
03:44were in the earlier lawsuit.
03:45Now I think they are really jumping on the Diddy train,
03:48adding his name to a lawsuit
03:49just to sort of bring additional allegations
03:51to throw the kitchen sink at him.
03:52Well, by the way, there's another part of this lawsuit
03:55that I thought was clearly,
03:57look, maybe it happened, maybe it didn't,
03:59I don't know, they'll have to sort that out in court,
04:01but the part about Kanye allegedly telling Bianca Sensori
04:06that he wanted to have sex with her mother
04:10while she watched just seemed like a...
04:14And Lauren Sciatta is claiming that Kanye
04:18showed her these text messages
04:21about this conversation with Bianca,
04:22but it is, look, inflammatory, certainly allegations,
04:27but she is saying that this is what happened.
04:29Kanye has not responded to this yet.
04:35I don't know where this lawsuit goes
04:37because she filed it a while ago
04:39and yet he has not, he didn't respond
04:41to the first filing yet, has he, Derek?
04:44No, I don't remember his response to that,
04:46but I might, if I were Kanye, say,
04:48look, I wasn't even trying to hide this.
04:50We did hook up and I talked about it
04:52during a subsequent meeting with her,
04:53but this was because it was a consensual hookup.
04:55I wouldn't out myself having raped her,
04:56so I wonder if he will sort of take that tactic
05:00when he responds to this type of lawsuit
05:01or this type of allegation.
05:02So we just want to move now to the latest on Diddy
05:06because you remember Tony Busby, the attorney we've had
05:10here on TMZ Live talked to us about,
05:13he says now 120 alleged victims that he is representing
05:18and he said that he was going to start filing these lawsuits.
05:21It started today and there have been,
05:24as we're speaking at this moment,
05:26six new lawsuits filed against Diddy
05:30and what's interesting so far in these first six
05:33that we've seen with so many more to come,
05:36that for the first time,
05:37there are men who are suing alleging sexual assault.
05:41Wow.
05:41I believe there's been three men,
05:42one of whom says he was 16 when he met Diddy at a white party.
05:47He doesn't allege sort of rape or things like that,
05:50but he says that he wanted to get into the music industry
05:53and that Diddy told him to drop his pants,
05:55cupped his genitals and assaulted him in that way.
05:59So the allegations are legion.
06:00Now Busby has filed a bunch of these lawsuits.
06:03I imagine more will be coming,
06:04but as you said, right now we've already seen six of them
06:06and the allegations are pretty intense.
06:08Hi, I'm Briley Liu from Clarksville, Missouri,
06:11and I think that the allegations are deeply disturbing
06:13and highlight the need for accountability
06:15and reform in the entertainment industry
06:18to protect these vulnerable individuals
06:20from these predatory behaviors.
06:22Yeah, we've heard a lot of people say exactly that
06:25in the wake of all the allegations against Diddy.
06:27You got people who so desperately want to make it, Charles.
06:30Yeah, and it feels like,
06:32and what actually people in the industry have said,
06:35that there certainly was a power dynamic
06:38where you had people want to get into the business
06:41and that they would sometimes be,
06:44people would demand they do all sorts of things.
06:46But again, these lawsuits now just filed.
06:49Diddy has yet to respond to the new lawsuits
06:53by Tony Busby's clients,
06:55but we'll be watching for that.
