00:04You've been asked a hundred different times, a hundred different ways about a conscience vote.

00:09You can't give a straight answer on the conscience vote, why not?

00:22But you've also had MPs talk to community forums.

00:27I'm also giving you the position of my team, all of them.

00:31And you've asked many of them.

00:33You've asked members with long held views, you've asked candidates, and they've all said the same thing.

00:38So I come back to why we're discussing it.

00:40We're discussing it because the Labor Party is spending a bucket load on social media

00:45to peddle something because they're trying to whip up some sort of...

00:49Aren't we talking about it because almost all of your MPs in 2018 voted against the laws

00:54and then other members of your team, like John Kraus, have been telling community forums that we need to change the laws.

00:59No, I believe you're talking about it because the Labor Party is attempting to run a campaign on it.

01:03But you also can't give a straight answer about whether there'll be a conscience vote.

01:09And I reckon if you went into any group today, any sporting club, if you went into a restaurant

01:15and you asked somebody, and you asked them about that,

01:19and you put the position, which I'm putting, I think they'd understand that's a pretty straight answer.
