00:00A two-year-old girl was killed after her neighbor's pickup truck ran over her in Tondo, Manila. The victim refused to speak.

00:15While the children were playing in Masinof Street in Tondo, Manila,

00:19they saw a two-year-old girl, Jiza, walking alone from her grandfather's house.

00:25Jiza was about to cross the road when her neighbor's pickup truck ran over her.

00:31The child fell down the road and the vehicle was completely rolled over.

00:36Our driver was very careful.

00:38We also saw on CCTV that the vehicle was very high and the child was very small.

00:46The driver did not notice that the child was in front of the vehicle.

00:52When she left, the child was injured.

00:56She is facing reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
