00:26are being harassed by China against the Philippine troops.
00:31Last Friday, the BRP Cabaylo was approaching Sandy Cay, 5 nautical miles away from Pagasa Island.
00:40A Chinese militia, which by Boat No. 00108,
00:45hijacked the starboard side of the Philippine ship.
00:50Before that, the Chinese militia repeatedly carried out dangerous maneuvers to block the BRP Cabaylo.
00:59This resulted in a shipwreck and the starboard side of the B-4 was damaged.
