00:07My mum always relies on buses and she's sometimes half an hour late or even later because the buses have come

00:15or three buses suddenly arrive at the same time or it's just been cancelled.

00:20For people who are trying to be environmentally conscious and trying to take public transport

00:25they're not going to be able to do so if they can't rely on the buses.

00:30Could you tell me what you'd like to see done to improve Sheffield's bus services?

00:34Yeah, I think in certain routes I had to wait for a long time to get the bus.

00:41I would strongly advise the bus company we have a moral duty to provide a first-class service

00:51especially in the winter now we have to wait for longer hours for a bus to come

00:59and especially for me who regularly use bus 51 is the worst service.

01:06Everybody's been crying for this service to get better.

01:11It seems that nobody is taking care of it.

01:18How would you improve Sheffield's buses?

01:20Sheffield's buses can be improved by adding more frequent times now.

01:28The system is okay but from time to time has a long time to wait.

01:34So by improving that, that will reduce waiting time

01:39and will help people to get to their job or their destination faster.

01:44Could you tell me please what you'd like to do to see Sheffield's buses improved?

01:49Where I live they're all right because I live at Woodseeds and we've got plenty of buses.

01:54I know other people struggle to get in and they're obviously late but mine seem to be fine.

01:59Would you like to see anything improved?

02:01They'll be all right as long as I get on but I don't get on them that regularly.

02:08I don't use buses because I'm on the tram loop so I wouldn't know what bus to get from where I live.

02:15Does the tram need improving or do they do a good job?

02:19Yeah, they do a good job. No, I'm fine. I don't have any problems with the tram.

02:24I like it that it's only £2 so if that could keep going that would be good.
