00:25in consciousness.

00:27When your whole self is at peace, and you are coming from your pure self more and more,

00:32you begin recognizing what is behind your thoughts, as well as what is underneath your

00:36basic instinctual perceptions.

00:39You are able to see in an all-pervasiveness that can be described as being without boundaries

00:44and without a central core.

00:46You start understanding that consciousness is always available to you, and you begin

00:50comprehending by observance that it has a unique unchanging kind of sameness that indicates

00:55it is alive.

00:57Even though you are seeing that consciousness has always been available to you, what is

01:01needed is for you to make yourself available to it.

01:05When you enter pure consciousness, you are connecting with the remarkableness of God's

01:09Light that is infinite.

01:11Have you ever wondered why the awareness of consciousness is so important?

01:16Consciousness, dear ones, provides you with the base start in a spiritual realm that is

01:21beyond the normal concept of space and time.

01:24In addition, consciousness provides you with a higher level of inner liberation.

01:29Furthermore, consciousness also provides vital, dynamic integration of your will that brings

01:35you to a cohesive I that permits you to be your whole self.

01:39Having the ability to observe consciousness on its own directs you to the way to go deeper

01:44into consciousness.

01:46The more comfortable you become, the more you begin to work with consciousness directly.

01:51And when you bring understanding into the picture, you propel yourself forward, towards

01:56the potential of going beyond mere consciousness and experience greater spiritual realms.

02:23you blossom into a grand feeling of lightness, peace of mind, and equanimity.

02:29You then can look at the conscious energy that is supporting that experience.

02:33You realize the pristine substance and quality of your awareness during that moment.

02:39And when you do, you move forward to touch, explore and to discover the vastness of consciousness

02:46The more you explore, the more you gain from consciousness, as well as the more you are

02:50able to open consciousness even in the middle of your day.

02:54As consciousness is the primary energy of Presence, the observation of conscious energy

02:59will lead you dear ones towards a direction that is new, bright.

03:03A way that warms your heart and provides a satisfying way to live life.
