00:00Here's a really easy fix that you can do, a little bit of preventative maintenance.
00:04That screw right there is plastic, and it breaks. This is your bleeder screw
00:10for your coolant system. I'm going to switch hands a bit.
00:16You can unscrew that very carefully. Make sure, make sure it's cold.
00:21Make sure your car is cold or this is going to spray hot coolant all over you.
00:26Okay, these have a tendency to strip and crack, and then you can't bleed your coolant system.
00:34Okay, that right there. Replace
00:40with one of these. This is a brass bleeder screw, and these do not break.
00:46Put that in. This works for all models with this orientation of coolant system.
00:57That just has an o-ring, so it doesn't need to be, like, crank tight.
01:00You go in until you feel the resistance of the o-ring, and you just snug it up.
01:06There we go. Now that's not going to leak, and you can always bleed your coolant system.
01:10Ta-da!
