00:00A 4-year-old boy was killed after he was hit by metal railings in Cebu City.

00:07In the CCTV footage of Pasil Fish Port,

00:10we can see the victim, Chris Mark Sandoval,

00:13who was wearing sandals on a metal fence.

00:16A boy climbed up the fence and jumped on his back.

00:20Later on, the fence suddenly fell down and Chris Mark was trapped.

00:25Residents of the area immediately rushed to the hospital and brought the victim to the hospital.

00:29But because of the severe wound, he had to be transferred to another hospital and his life was saved.

00:36The family of Chris Mark is appealing for help.

00:39The local government is saying that an investigation is underway on the incident.

00:45The police also has a separate investigation.
