00:15This is the line where the wind comes from the northern and southern hemispheres
00:20and it is expected that there will be heavy rains and thunderstorms in the areas that we have mentioned.
00:24While the East Release or the wind from the Pacific Ocean is still affecting the remaining part of Luzon plus Eastern Visayas
00:32and it is bringing a high chance of rain in the eastern part of Luzon.
00:36Meanwhile, based on our latest satellite animation,

01:32It will be cold in Baguio City up to 24 degrees Celsius only.
01:36For our fellow Filipinos in Palawan,
01:38it is expected that there will be heavy rain if the house is left out due to the effect of the Intertropical Convergence Zone.
01:42There will be heavy rain and thunderstorms that may cause floods and landslides.
01:48For our fellow Filipinos in Visayas,
01:50it will be partly cloudy until the sky is still cloudy throughout the day.
