00:13On the program today, it's Aprilia's RS457.
00:17That is a small bore sport bike with approximately 450cc twin cylinder engine, a bunch of fancy
00:23dancy electronics, and an MSRP of just about $7,000.
00:29So this bike joins an already crowded class of competition, and just like any product
00:34in a competitive space, it's trying to be the star of the show, right?
00:37It wants to have some pizazz, some features, some whiz-bangs, some doodads that others
00:41do not.
00:42So how does the RS457 set itself apart?
00:45Or does it?
00:46And for the love of Pete, Zach, is it a good daily rider?
00:50All that and more, coming up everybody.

01:37Alright everybody, Aprilia RS457, lots to talk about here, right?
01:43This engine I said is approximately 450cc, which is true, it is 457cc according to the
01:48spec sheet.
01:50RS457 does denote the exact displacement of this 270 crank parallel twin engine, which
01:56Aprilia is quick to point out is a stressed member of this chassis.
02:01It uses an aluminum twin-spar frame, which historically is the sort of sport bike gold
02:06standard, right?
02:07You know?
02:08Still plenty of aluminum twin-spar in MotoGP, even in the age of carbon fiber and all sorts
02:13of other exotic materials.
02:15And I suppose that's a decent callout for the competition, shot across the bow to some
02:18extent.
02:19For the most part, the architecture is largely what you'd expect otherwise.
02:22So there's a steel tube trellis subframe there, pretty standard swingarm, it's got this low
02:28exit exhaust.
02:30And other hardware, you got a 320mm front brake rotor with Bybree caliper, it's very
02:36similar setup to the KTM 390 Duke that we rode on the program recently.
02:42One other callout I could make is that this bike has Pirelli Supercorsa SP tires on it,
02:46and those are not standard equipment.
02:48This bike was prepped for a track day, you can see by the tires they're a little bit
02:51goobed up because my colleague over at Common Tread took this bike to a track day for a
02:57test and incidentally his article will be linked in the description of this video so
03:03you can read more, see more pictures, and learn more about the bike in that way.
03:06All that is to say, not standard tires, I'll do my best to evaluate the bike appropriately.
03:12So let's see here, what else we got?
03:14Stuff that you'd expect to see on an Aprilia, very similar design language to the RS 660,
03:19which of course everyone's reaching for the pinnacle of Aprilia's lineup which is the
03:21RSV4 and 20V4, so the design language is meant to evoke that similar feel, which I think
03:27it does, got sort of these little tail winglets and louvers and gills and stuff like that
03:31that define Aprilia's look over the years and currently.
03:34I like the red wheels with the black and grey bodywork in this particular colorway, I think
03:39it's pretty sharp looking.
03:41Also on the topic of style, it has this sort of, it's difficult to see in certain light,
03:46but the paint, it's got this kind of gossamer sheen to it where if it catches the light
03:50just right it kind of turns a sparkly green a little bit, it's cool.
03:53What else we got here?
03:54I don't know, we got wheels, we got mirrors, we got a seat, LED lighting, this TFT dash
04:00here, which I believe is a 5-inch TFT dash maybe, I'm not sure, I don't remember, but
04:06it sure is a dash.
04:08With that, let's fire this sucker up and listen to it.

04:12Yeah, sounds kind of cool, right?
04:17Sounds like a little V-twin.
04:18That's that 270 degree firing order in the Parallel Twin a la so many other bikes these
04:22days, I've explained it so many times, but it makes for a little bit more baritone, throaty
04:27kind of growl when compared to a classic 180 Parallel Twin like your Ninja 500, Ninja 650,
04:33Ninja 400, MTO3, R3, etc.
04:38It's hot as beans in this parking lot.
04:40I say we hop to it, is that okay with you?
04:43Alright!
04:46Vroom, vroom!
04:48Let's go to work.
04:59Alright everybody, we're rolling, let's talk about specs, shall we?
05:02The Aprilia RS457 has a 3.4 gallon fuel tank, I do believe, and when full on the daily rider
05:10scales, weighed in at 386 pounds, which I think is right on the money of what Aprilia
05:13claimed.
05:14That 457cc Parallel Twin makes 47 horsepower, I think, 47 point something.
05:22As usual, those specs are listed in the description.
05:26And the seat height is 31.5 inches, I believe.
05:32So, for a little bit of context, all those specs are, I think, slightly more aggressive
05:39than others in the class.
05:41Not necessarily all told, but if you take a Ninja 500, for example, from Kawasaki, which
05:47is a standard bearer in the class, I would say, the Aprilia 457 has a smaller fuel tank,
05:53it has a little bit more aggressive riding position, which we'll talk about, and it weighs
05:58a little bit more than the Ninja.
06:01It also has a shorter wheelbase.
06:05This is a little bit more aggressive, in general.
06:07And that's definitely kind of how it feels to sit on.
06:09It feels short and nimble and agile.
06:11The handlebar feels really wide.
06:13The seat is not crazy tall, by any means, but it's purposeful.
06:18It feels like you're sitting on a real sport bike.
06:21And I assume that's all very intentional.
06:22I know that Aprilia was sort of aiming for the ergonomic equivalent of somewhere in between
06:28KTM's RC390, which is historically quite aggressive, and the sort of, like I said, standard bearer
06:33of the class, in my opinion, anyway, which is the Ninja 400 or 500.
06:36And I think, yeah, it feels like that.
06:39To put a more subjective twist on it, I think it feels appropriately sporty, you know?
06:45It doesn't feel like it's going to torture you if you try and ride it all day, but comfort
06:49was not the first thing on the designer's minds, and I think that's fair for a little
06:53sport bike.
06:56Merging out onto the highway, we'll let this sucker eat here.
07:00Yeah, pretty decent roll on power.
07:05It's fun.
07:06Third and fourth gear are my favorite.
07:07We'll talk a little bit more about that later, hopefully.
07:10It's not an arm-stretchingly fast motorbike, that's for sure.
07:14This guy on the wobbly Davidson go by.
07:17But it's good, though.
07:18It's got a nice pull of power, and certainly plenty of oomph for this kind of travel, you
07:24know, if you want to go down the highway at 70, 80 miles an hour, whatever, it's fine.
07:29One thing about Aprilia's claims that the engine is a stressed member of the chassis
07:34is that the footpegs bolt basically to the back of the engine, as does the swingarm.
07:38This is not an uncommon practice for sport bikes, but from a comfort standpoint, it can
07:44be not good, because whenever you bolt footpegs directly to an engine, you're more likely
07:49to get vibrations from said engine.
07:52At sort of like low to medium speed, the vibes are pretty noticeable in the footpegs.
07:56One thing I'll say in defense of the RS457 is that by the time I'm going highway speeds,
08:0270 or 80, it doesn't really seem like it gets a lot worse.
08:05And I think that's a good thing.
08:07It's certainly a lot more comfortable at 55 to 65 miles an hour, as many small bikes are
08:12when the engine just isn't revving quite as high, but it's not as bad as I was sort of
08:17worried it would be, considering the design of the bike.
08:20As for this kind of travel, for someone my size at six foot two, I think it's actually
08:24surprisingly good.
08:25I think if you scoot forward, the seat is fairly thin.
08:28That's where the narrowest part of the seat is and where the standover height is lowest.
08:31If you scoot back just a little bit, you get a lot more cushioning.
08:34Like I said, it's sporty, but I don't think the seat to peg distance is crazy.
08:38In general, totally acceptable bike to take on a day ride.
08:43If you do want to take this sucker on a day ride, I think you'll find that range is sort
08:47of good, not great.
08:48If your 3.4 gallon gas tank, as I said, is less gas than you get to hold in a Ninja 500
08:54or a CFMoto 450, for example, you know, you're going to be pretty efficient with an engine
09:00this size.
09:01I will tell you that I failed, failed, I tell you, to get you an accurate fuel consumption
09:08number.
09:09I can't quite say, but I do think that you'll see figures that are very, very good.
09:16And I think that 150 miles out of a tank is, I think that's probably pretty reasonable
09:21to expect.
09:23And that's not bad for this class of bike, I'd say.
09:27Another little anecdote I can give you is that when my buddy Dustin over at Common Tread
09:30took this thing to a track day, those couple of tanks of gas that he burned through, the
09:35bike was showing an estimate on the dash anyway of 45 miles per gallon.
09:39And if that included part of a track day in that calculation, that's pretty good because
09:43fuel mileage on a racetrack is always really bad when you're revving the bike up.
09:48One quick thing I can mention while we're stuck in this traffic is I have heard a couple
09:52of complaints about heat wafting onto the rider on this bike.
09:56That's not something I noticed.
09:57I've been riding it around in very, very warm conditions here in Los Angeles, and I feel
10:03like the heat management's fine.
10:04I feel it on my ankles a little bit sometimes, but in general, I think it's okay.
10:09Not something that's usually a problem on small bikes, though I have seen a couple of
10:12complaints about it, so I figured I'd weigh in.
10:15Free of the traffic, finally.
10:18The mirrors on the RS457 are nothing special.
10:20I think they're fairly smooth, considering you get a fair amount of vibes from the grips
10:26and pegs.
10:27They're acceptable without being noteworthy, I would say.
10:30Get a little bit too much of a view of my lower arm, if you ask me, but it's a sport
10:34bike.
10:35You gotta cut it some slack, right?
10:39A little braking zone down toward the neighborhood section of the route, and we're away.
10:47Do a little stop sign challenge with this very light clutch, and pretty good fueling.
10:55We'll see how it goes here.

11:00Messed it up.
11:01I think that's more on me than the bike.
11:03It's certainly very direct.
11:06Control machine, like I said, short wheelbase.
11:08Not very much weight.
11:09Sub-400 pound with a full tank is pretty good.
11:12And yeah, the feel of all the controls is decent, I would say.
11:15I don't know if you remember on the KTM 390 Duke ride we did recently, I was really raving
11:19about how the throttle pickup was so gentle and so nice.
11:22And I think the RS457 is a close second, I would say.
11:27There we go.
11:28There's a nice little stop.
11:29Yeah.
11:31I am in eco mode, of course.
11:34I'm going to hit this button over here and switch it over into sport, just so I can talk
11:38a little more about throttle response.
11:41In the mode in which most people will probably ride this bike, because I don't think most
11:45people are dweebuses like me, and ride around in eco mode.
11:48So here we go.
11:51Another nice one.
11:52Another nice one, everybody.
11:54The on-off throttle response is definitely a little bit more herky-jerky in sport.
11:59You know, that's kind of like what the Aprilia is trying to give you in sport, is that sort
12:04of like snap on the bottom.
12:06I think it's worse for riding around town.
12:09I think eco is better.
12:11And you know, you don't give up a whole lot of horsepower performance, if I'm being honest.
12:16That's three very juicy stops in a row, everybody.
12:19My confidence is peaking!
12:22I think it's kind of silly that the bike has ride modes to begin with, like, just make
12:25one mode that's perfect, that has nice, even throttle pickup.
12:30But everybody wants options these days, right?
12:33I'm going to go back to sport.
12:35All right, we've got a green light here.
12:37Oh, there it is right now.
12:38I'm going to tell you why third gear is my favorite, because when you go to second gear
12:41and accelerate like this, open the throttle, 5-6,000 RPM, totally falls on its face.
12:48And then it picks up at, yeah, 7,000, something like that.
12:54It comes to life again.
12:55And I find that so frustrating.
12:58I don't think it's a noise emissions thing, because it's not a particularly noisy bike.
13:05It's hard to imagine it's a fuel emissions thing or a particulate emission, because it's
13:08such a small engine to begin with.
13:11It could be that this bike has not had its 600 mile service, so it's like a break-in
13:14thing, but I don't think that that's true.
13:17I'm not sure exactly what that gremlin is, but I often go from first to third gear when
13:23I leave a stop sign, just because I hate falling in that hole at between 5,000 and 7,000 RPM
13:28in second gear.
13:29It just goes, ugh.
13:31It's a surprising bummer, especially from a bike like this.
13:36In general, round-town manners for this bike, I give a pretty high score.
13:40The seat is a little high for shorter riders, perhaps, and I think that's just about the
13:48only complaint that I have.
13:51Fueling's decent, especially in eco mode there.
13:53Clutch is nice and light.
13:54The bike is light.
13:55It's direct.
13:56Everything works well.
13:59And it's not too loud or anything, which I think is nice.
14:03All right, let's experiment with the second gear thing again.
14:05Ready?
14:06We go wide open.
14:07Ugh.
14:08Ah, there it goes.
14:12Here we are, everybody, on Lover's Lane.
14:14We can talk about passenger accommodations.
14:16This bike does not have passenger pegs, I don't think.
14:18Does it?
14:19Doesn't have passenger pegs.
14:20Probably for the same reason it's got Supercorsa SPs on it.
14:23So I can't give you a passenger report, and it's the second thing now that I have failed
14:27you on this episode.
14:29But I can tell you that the back seat, I've plunked myself down on it, and I think similar
14:33to the 390 Duke from KTM, sort of wider and a little more plush than I was expecting.
14:39I don't think passengers are going to be hugely comfortable, but it doesn't seem like a total
14:42afterthought, which is nice.
14:45Especially from Italians, you know?
14:47Not famous for sport bikes with comfy passenger accommodations.
14:56The twisty road section of the daily rider route, where the RS457 theoretically belongs.
15:03And I have to say, it fits the part.
15:06It's direct and communicative, and it's light.
15:09It wants to turn, feels good in the middle of a corner, feels good entering a corner,
15:14and the engine makes a sweet sound when you fire out of a corner.
15:17It's fun.
15:18It's a really fun bike for this kind of thing.
15:20The suspension does not have any damping adjustment, I believe you can do preload in the front
15:25and rear maybe?
15:26Is that right?
15:27Yeah.
15:28So you can fiddle around with that a little bit, and I think you might want to do that
15:31because it is fairly stiff out of the box, or you know, it can be made to be pretty stiff,
15:38and I think that that's pretty intentional from Aprilia.
15:41The designers have said that it's on the stiff side, and it should be, right?
15:46It's a sport bike.
15:47They're not trying to make it plush.
15:48I appreciate when small sport bikes especially are comfortable for any kind of travel or
15:56daily riding routine, but I'm not going to point a nasty finger at a company for making
16:02a sport bike that's stiff.
16:03That's great.
16:04All day long, do that, please.
16:06That's where the RS457 falls.
16:09It's definitely a little bit more aggressive, like I said in the beginning, than some of
16:13the competition, and I think that's appropriate.
16:16While we're at it, I can give another quick shout out to the article linked in the description
16:20of this video by my colleague Dustin at Cometrad who took this sucker to a track day, and his
16:25evaluation is there.
16:28It is track-focused, and if that's what you want, you can read his piece and hopefully
16:32get the information you need.
16:34Now that we're going downhill very slowly, I might add, and at low RPM, the real-time
16:42range finder on the top of the fuel gauge here is reading 192 miles for this tank of
16:47gas, which has, let's see, 25 miles on it.
16:52I'd be over 200 miles, I'd be really surprised.
16:55It was showing more like 160, 170 earlier in the ride, I believe, and that is more realistic
17:02on the top end, I think.
17:04Okay, down out of the twisty road section and onto surface streets, here we go, and
17:14here's third gear.
17:15Now you see third gear pulls up past 6,000 or 7,000, it pulls really nicely.
17:22This is a red light we practically always catch, and it gives us an opportunity to talk
17:26about brakes.
17:27I'm just going to jump on the brakes here.
17:30And ABS kicked in pretty severely because it's reading front and rear wheel speeds,
17:38which fair enough.
17:39I think the brakes are good.
17:40I think that mechanically, I believe it's braided lines, it has a pretty big single
17:44disc on there, and it's not a terribly heavy bike, so I think in general the hardware's
17:48okay.
17:49It seems like the pads are a little soft, or just, they're not aggressive, you know?
17:54If you're an advanced rider and you want to go to track day or something like that, I
17:57bet you'd appreciate putting in more aggressive brake pads, which ultimately is a pretty easy
18:00fix, so don't be too sad about that.
18:03All right, let's try to talk about the dash.
18:05The layout is pretty good in general.
18:07It's dusty and dirty here, let me see if I can clean it off a little bit.
18:10And if you use this four-way pad here, you can go over to the right where you can see
18:14trip meters, you can see some bike info here, such as coolant temp, battery voltage, service,
18:23stuff like that.
18:24You can also go to track layout, it has lap timer at the bottom, and you can go back to
18:27the street layout that has, yeah, coolant temp, time, and fuel gauge on there.
18:33Green light, we'll have to go back to the dash.
18:39So this is the part of the ride where we talk about whether or not you'd buy this bike just
18:44for the engine, and I think it's an interesting conversation with the Aprilia RS457, because
18:50it is a charismatic engine, it is a good engine, I like the way it sounds and kind of feels
18:54a little bit better than, say, Kawasaki Ninja 400 or 500, but it does have that hole in
18:59second gear.
19:00I don't know what the deal is with that, more research is needed, I'm sorry I didn't have
19:02an answer for you while we are recording, does it feel like it's way, way better than
19:06say the CFMoto 450SS or 450SR, depending on where you live in the world, that CFMoto engine?
19:14Not really, no, I don't think so, and you know, if you have very strong feelings about
19:19democracy versus communism, and you'd rather buy an engine made in India than in China,
19:25okay, I'm not going to really go down that road, but I don't think this engine is as
19:31much of a standout as maybe people wanted it to be, compared to other bikes in the class.
19:35I do prefer the character to the classic Ninja 180 crank, Ninja 400, 500 thing, I'm not sure
19:43that that's really the reason to buy this bike.
19:45I think the equipment and the chassis might be more of a reason.
19:49Alright, maybe we can finish this dash conversation, if you hold down this right paddle here, you
19:53go into a menu where you can adjust some things, it's fairly simple, you can also, the up-down
19:59paddles whilst you are riding, you can adjust traction control, three different modes, and
20:04then if you hold down on this button, it will disable traction control.
20:09It's pretty intuitive and pretty easy to read, and it's not hugely interesting, but works
20:13pretty well, and of course the full-color thing is becoming more and more common on
20:17small bikes, and if nothing else, it feels premium, I have to say.
20:28Okey-doke, near the end of the ride here, how does the Aprilia RS 457 set itself apart?
20:34Well, it does have an aluminum twin-spar frame, as Aprilia is quick to point out, and it has,
20:41other than that, just a bunch of features that other bikes also have, right?
20:45I don't know that there's really anything on paper that's a huge, huge standout for
20:49me, unless I'm forgetting something.
20:51I think the way that it differentiates itself really is the sort of style and the pedigree,
20:57and the fact that it's designed by an Italian company that has a lot of ground to stand
21:03on when it comes to sporting motorcycles.
21:06I'll take a quick moment to point out the 54 World Title sticker on the tank of this
21:12Aprilia.
21:13Lots of Aprilias have this sticker on them, and I find it a little bit humorous because
21:17it's been a hot minute since Aprilia won a World Title.
21:20It's really kind of like looking backwards a little bit, if I'm honest, but the point
21:25is that Aprilia does have a lot of racing pedigree, and a lot of sport bike pedigree,
21:32and jumping into the small sport bike class in this way can only make sense, right?
21:40Kawasaki and many others have found lots of success with small sport bikes, and it makes
21:44sense that an entry-level offering would come out of Aprilia.
21:48I don't think it's a clear leader in the class, a clear standout, just a complete show of
21:54force, but it's a competitor, another one, and that's really cool.
22:00Alright, for all of you people wondering how it goes down a dirt road, let's do it.
22:07We already have traction control off, but I guess let's just turn TC back on if we can.
22:11Can we do it while we're rolling?
22:13Yeah, we can.

22:15We're going to start in TC3 since it's so easy to change.
22:18Oh, interesting.
22:20Okay, so let's go down to TC1 and see if it's much better than that.
22:25Yeah, I mean, I don't know, sure.
22:29ABS works pretty well.
22:32Yeah, I mean, traction control 1 definitely seems to have a lot less intervention than
22:40TC3, as it should.
22:43Traction control off now, let's give that a try.
22:47I seem to be hitting that freaking whole limit power in second gear.
22:51Let's try it in first gear, see if we can get a little spin up here.

23:43So we'll try first gear, just for the heck of it.

23:54It'll do a wheelie, if you really try.
23:59So in addition to traction control settings,
24:03there's ABS settings.
24:05You can hold down the ride mode button
24:08and rear ABS is disabled,
24:14which is sort of a sport ABS, if you will.
24:18And what that allows,
24:20so I'm just going to do a quick brake test here
24:22on the edge of this lane.
24:24Now I can pick up the back wheel
24:26and do a little endo
24:28because the ABS is not reading
24:30or doesn't care about the rear wheel speed.
24:32And that, of course,
24:34means that you can back it in a little bit.
24:36Let's see if we can do it
24:38even with these sticky tires on here.
24:42Juicy!
24:46An excellent sport option
24:49for a bike like this.
24:52To be able to back it in.

26:39Are beginner bikes getting to a point
26:41where they are too premium
26:43to be a true beginner bike?

26:47Why must small capacity sports bikes
26:49be saddled with low rent components?
26:51Can we get an SP please?
26:53I think these two questions
26:55are interesting. Multiple people had these comments
26:57both of them and I think
26:59it shows the sort of tight spot
27:01that brands are in right now.
27:03You want to make a bike that is
27:05affordable, accessible, sporty,
27:07cool, all those things. That's fairly easy
27:09to do. You also want to make a bike
27:11that is capable
27:13of true sporting stuff
27:15and also doesn't feel like you're just getting
27:17the cast offs of everything.
27:19You want the componentry that's not like
27:21a TFT dash and stuff like that.
27:23I think it's tough
27:25for Aprilia and any other brand
27:27because you have both of these opinions of this bike.
27:29Why aren't the components nicer?
27:31Why isn't it a nicer brake caliper
27:33maybe? Why doesn't it not come with
27:35better tires? And then someone else is saying
27:37why is it so premium?
27:39For what it's worth,
27:41I'm on the side of Donaville F by 4

28:13triple clamp and it feels like for a bike
28:15that has somewhat adjustable
28:17suspension, not fully, and it has
28:19decent componentry
28:21otherwise it seems like the kind of bike that would be taken
28:23to a racetrack and why not have actual clip-ons
28:25on there? Is it too expensive?
28:27Or did you spend too much
28:29money developing the electronics suite
28:31for a bike that has 40 something
28:33horsepower?

28:55So yeah it's a pretty understandable
28:57thing to assume, expect, or
28:59even hope for that there would be
29:01a Tuono 457.
29:03It's sort of like more upright naked version
29:05of this that doesn't have as much body work and is still
29:07sort of a sport bike because it probably is famous
29:09for its Tuono. And then also
29:11perhaps a Touareg, right? An adventure bike with
29:13the same engine. I will say that of those
29:15three bikes, this one that is real, those other
29:17two that we have not yet seen as of the making
29:19of this video, I think the Tuono
29:21would be the pick of the litter because I think
29:23if this bike were a little bit more comfortable
29:25it could still be just as sporty
29:27and just as capable and just as cool
29:29but a little bit better in a couple other ways.
29:31I think as a Touareg the engine
29:33would be good but not as good as it would be
29:35on the street. That's my take, my opinion.

30:45in price is a super valuable thing to do.
30:47And I'm glad the bike exists.
30:49But I do think it'll leave a little taste on your tongue

32:03than the RS457. Now you might be thinking,
32:05come on Zach, how can you say that? The Aprilia
32:07is so fancy. It's got all these
32:09options and does all these things.
32:11I just think the pedigree,
32:13the history, the aftermarket,
32:15the reputation, all the stuff
32:17that the Kawasaki Ninja 500 SE has
32:19in its past and carries forward
32:21are really, really valuable and
32:23it's just a great daily rider. It's more comfortable
32:25than most bikes in its class.
32:27The SE has that tall windshield. It's just
32:29too good.
32:31Sorry Aprilia. The most
32:33obvious comparison here would be the
32:35KTM 390 Duke.
32:37I think. Because similar in price,
32:39it's a little cheaper than the RS457.
32:41Though it's pretty comparable I think once you
32:43upgrade to the Quickshifter maybe, which
32:45this Aprilia did not have. It's in the same
32:47ballpark for horsepower,
32:49for capability, for options
32:51and it's of course a naked bike.
32:53I like the Aprilia engine better.
32:55I'm sad about that hole in second gear.
32:57I don't know what the deal is with that. I hope
32:59it's fixable or
33:01a non-issue for you or something.
33:03In general, I really like the
33:05twin-cylinder engine on the Aprilia
33:07more than the single on the
33:09390 Duke. But
33:11taken overall,
33:13I don't know that the Duke
33:15really gives up enough capability
33:17to the RS457. If you said
33:19Zach, you're going to a track day, which bike do you want?
33:21I would take the RS. Maybe predictably,
33:23I would take the little sport bike. But I do think
33:25the 390 Duke could probably be pretty good
33:27at a track day as long as the track's not too big.
33:29I think it's like, maybe a little
33:31bit more comfortable, a little bit more reasonable. I think it's
33:33got a taller seat height. Gosh, this is
33:35so hard. Can you tell that I'm stalling and
33:37struggling a little bit?
33:39I think that
33:41I'm going to pick up the magnet so that I make a decision.
33:43What it comes down to
33:45is this sort of
33:47pizzazz and
33:49energy and
33:51the feeling
33:53that I just want to ride it more.
33:55I just want more.
33:57And the bike that has that more
33:59is the Aprilia. This is a
34:01dead heat, honestly. I'm putting the Aprilia
34:03over this. You can accuse me
34:05of recency bias if you want to.
34:07It has a little bit more crackle to it
34:09than the 390 Duke. But again,
34:11it's so
34:13close. So, that's where
34:15the Aprilia RS457 lands. It's on
