00:05here today? So it's restart heart day today and obviously with Red Sky we
00:09celebrate that every year. So we're here to raise awareness on how to perform CPR
00:14properly and raise awareness for all things cardiac.
00:18And obviously the message is all about the importance of learning CPR. If anyone
00:23wants to get some advice what's the best thing to do? So we have a 15-minute video
00:27on our website that talks you through the whole process of how to perform CPR
00:31properly so you can watch that and within 15 minutes know exactly what to
00:35do in an emergency situation and how to perform CPR on someone. And what's the
