Montana Jordan Explains Why Fans Shouldn't Be Worried About Georgie and Mandy's Relationship Despite Show Title

00:00I was going to ask because obviously fans are a little worried because like oh the title

00:03gives it away like they have to break up this or that but what I've seen from interviews

00:07that you've done and the EPs have done is that you're not letting that box you in and

00:10you're kind of just getting creative with it so what have those conversations been like

00:14of like there's not a specific destination you're going to you're kind of going with

00:18the flow and letting the story kind of develop even if it's not like where fans think it

00:23is based off of the title.

00:24Yeah because we all know there's an inevitable breakup in the future and you know that as

00:30the title says the first marriage but whether we know the second marriage or third marriage

00:34because I think the storyline is that Georgie gets married and divorced like two or three

00:39times or something like that and but we don't we don't know past that we don't know if it's

00:44with Mandy or with somebody else or we have no idea and as an actor in the show I don't

00:49have no idea I don't even know if the writers do you know I think we're all just going with

00:54the flow and seeing what seeing what people like.

00:57And also there's this conversation about the age gap and I feel like it's very interesting

01:01because from the episodes I've seen the show does kind of address it without directly addressing

01:05it so talk to me about how those conversations have happened and the reaction from fans about

01:11this like age gap that doesn't really feel you know you don't really feel it on the show

01:16but the show does address it in like very subtle ways.

01:18Yeah yeah yeah I mean you know they've it gives Georgie somewhere to go you know because

01:27like they all they were always thinking of the way that that Mandy was Mandy and which

01:34she kind of got out of it now the way she was treating Georgie but now it's really the

01:40mother-in-law that it's kind of down in Georgie and he's just a just a dumb kid you know and

01:46all this and all that but I think in this new show Georgie finally gets to show that

01:50he's not just this dumb kid you know he actually does have a brain on him and you know in Young

01:55Sheldon and you know having a young very smart brother I'm sure he got overlooked a lot you

02:01know and maybe maybe this you know him being the tire king is his way of showing and proving

02:07people that you know I'm not this dumb kid I actually have some brains on me so.
