00:34The administration of President Marcos recognizes the importance of improving bureaucratic efficiency
00:43to foster sustained and inclusive economic growth and development.
00:50Under the RA-11032 or Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018,
00:58local government units are mandated to establish electronic business WhatsApp shop or e-boss.
01:04Currently, 112 LGUs are fully compliant with e-boss.
01:0970 LGUs have already received recognition from ARTA.
01:13As a municipality of San Simon and Guagua, Pampanga has received the Certificate and Flag of Commendation.
01:36Through e-boss, it is easier and more affordable to apply for a business permit.
01:41Businesses who are willing to invest will be encouraged to do more work.
01:47ARTA encouraged the public to help in opening the red tape in the government.
01:52It reached 22,612 or 97.96% of those who received the complaint.
