00:00An agreement was signed by the Department of Migrant Workers and TESDA
00:04that will further enhance the ability of Filipinos who want to work abroad.
00:09The Memorandum of Agreement was signed by DMW Secretary Hans de Ocacdac
00:15and TESDA Director General Jose Francisco Benitez
00:18to give training to overseas Filipino workers.
00:23Along with the signing of the agreement on TESDA's employment in Taguig City,
00:27DMW gave 248 scholarship training certificates to qualified beneficiaries.
00:36Through the agreement, OFWs will further enhance their abilities
00:42and will be able to find a decent job
00:45or establish their own business if they want to return to the Philippines.
