00:16Now, first off, a common way people was doing it, they was printing the Cash App information onto a blank card.
00:23And you use a software like this, this is what's called the X2 software.
00:27You can actually get this with another device, this allows you to pretty much erase whatever card you have, you can erase it, and then imprint your Cash App shit on there.
00:37Now you can get this card reader right here, this shit over at Amazon, yeah, it ain't that much neither, sure ain't, see what I mean?
00:44So, pretty much, you have these things, it's up in the fourth cell you can grab.
00:50Cash App didn't have a rate limiter back in the day, to where when you were trying to do overdraft, it just pulled out as much money as it could.
00:59It didn't have a rate limiter on it.
01:02That's how people were actually doing this shit, like, you see, this is the software right here.
01:07Get this shit, you swipe this shit, you erase it, you swipe it again, and then it's completely clear.
01:13But then, you can input your card number, expiration date, the CV on the back of that motherfucker, and boom, you got your own Cash App card.
01:23See, here's the thing, when these cards are made by the corporation, they have security protocols and shit in place, so this won't happen.
01:31But, with this glitch, they found a way to get past the rate limiting, so they were able to take out $5,000, $10,000, $20,000, $50,000.
01:40Yeah, motherfuckers hitting that lick on jokers.
01:43Like, I ain't gonna lie to you, I found out about that shit a little bit too late.
01:47But, at the same time, I know the way motherfuckers get tracked on this shit.
01:51So, if I was gonna do that, I would have to steal someone's phone, I mean, I'd have to gunpoint that motherfucker, steal their phone, use their Cash App, and then pretty much have everything linked back to them.
02:02I don't know, probably keep their ass in the basement or something until I manage to actually get all the money out of their account and shit.

02:35With cards, those numbers, that expiration date, CVV, all that shit, pings back to the server the moment you swipe that shit to let the server know, hey, this actually belongs with me and shit, right?
02:48That's the whole basis.
02:50As long as those numbers go back to that server, then it'll work.
02:55That's the whole principle behind what a card is, the RFID chips and shit.
03:00So, these chips have certain limiters.
03:04They have certain security limitations on it.
03:07They have certain shit on there directly from the corporation.
03:10You making your own one, that means that's an unfiltered ping back to that server.
03:15So, anything can happen.
03:16And that's why everybody was getting money off the cash app.
